Today I uploaded a few documents to be printed at this Staples store and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon receiving an email notification that my orders were ready, I headed to the store, only to be met with a disappointing level of service.
The two rather portly middle aged males working in the print department on Sunday afternoon left much to be desired. Despite being the only customer waiting, I was completely ignored as they engaged in their own conversation (maybe about their favorite superhero or donut), seemingly oblivious to their surroundings. When I finally managed to grab their attention and requested assistance, their attitude was nothing short of disrespectful.
Not only did they accuse me of being inattentive, but they also resorted to mocking my name and made it seem as if they were questioning my presence in the store, when in actuality I was contributing to paying their bills.
Despite providing my order number promptly, they seemed to take pleasure in prolonging the process, even though my order had already been paid for online.
For a simple task that should have taken a minute, I ended up waiting for close to 10 minutes, all while being subjected to unnecessary rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Considering the amount I spent on my order, I expected a basic level of courtesy and respect, which sadly was lacking.
It's disheartening to receive such poor treatment from a store that I have patronized very regularly. I sincerely hope that Staples takes necessary steps to improve the training and customer service standards of their employees, particularly those working on Sunday afternoons. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected in any establishment.

This is a help yourself store. At least I was able to find the HP toner in a mess of toners. No one in the store could confirm the model was correct. Show them your phone with a Staples internet price & they lowered the price. Really? Higher prices in-store than Staples online.

Asked the Associate how prices compared on three different brands of cartons of printer paper. He had no idea. Made no effort whatsoever to find out and share the prices with me!

Rude & Unfriendly Manager "Nick" didn't honor price mach guarantee with another Staples store in the same town (Stamford CT) while I showed him receipt. 4:45pm 4/16/24. Plus, I've had to face with same manager "Nick" again who made me feel like I'm a trash and disrespected today 4/30/24 11:59am!

the Staples salesperson who was reloading the shelves and went out of his way to find what I needed and get them for me.... he then was able to ring up the merchandise... He was fabulous

I walked in twice over the past month to buy a new laptop for school, but no one came over to ask if I needed assistance. I ended up going to Best Buy. It's a shame because I had a rather large budget. Doesn't appear there's any floor staff?. Even the guy sitting on the ladder in the laptop area didn't acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. Oh well I suppose.

I urgently needed a passport picture and came right at 8 AM as they opened. The person was available and so quick to assist. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes! Love!

Writing on 12/29/23 I went in to return an Amazon packet today and there were two associates working the shipping center - the older man working there was completely rude to a customer who obviously did not speak English well- and instead of trying to help explain the process of shipping and of the receipt, he rudely asked “What do you want” upon initial interaction. Once the man explained he was shipping something out, the associate took the forms from the man, packaged them, handed him the receipt and walked away without saying anything. The customer, who was obviously using shipping services for the first time, was waiting for some type of confirmation that he was all set when the associate turned around and said “What are you doing? Bye bye you go bye bye now. You don’t have to pay for anything bye bye bye bye.” while waving his hand. Completely and utterly disgusting behavior. Highly disappointed with the behavior of this associate and his lack of empathy and friendliness as with the next customer he completely changed his demeanor into an outgoing and friendly one. Please consider hiring people who will actually DO THEIR JOBS and not let their beliefs affect the type of service a costumer gets.

I went here to get two pictures printed for Christmas. Timothy was an absolute rockstar that helped me through the whole process. He helped me get the pictures to him. He printed them and then asked me my feedback, we even took a second attempt to get it bigger. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and just seemed to go above and beyond. The guy deserves a raise. The store itself was clean, organized, and well equipped to handle all printing/marketing needs.

Today I went to the printing center to find out about one specific project that I have and I was very disappointed with the way the worker in the printed center treated me. He was very rude, and treated me like I’m stupid and he’s annoyed with me. Even though I asked simple question.Thankfully girls in the center answered all my questions. But that guy, I would fire him, customer service and even normal human interaction is 0/10.

Today I went to the print center for a school project and the print center attendant was SO HELPFUL BLESS??!I originally tried to print from one of their computers and it came out the totally wrong color and I damn near started crying because I’ve been so stressed… The attendant at the register helped me to fix my order and was so patient and took extra time to make sure everything came out the right size. Easily could have shrugged and sent me packing but the care and time he spent to help me get my order right means so much. I will be coming here for the rest of my school experience! THANK YOU SIR!!! ?

I think Amazon returns might save Staples! Wanted to give a shout-out to Edwin and the lovely red-haired lady (not natural red, I wish I had gotten her name) at the checkout! They were attentive, kind, and gave great customer service. The $10 off coupon is such a great incentive- GO STAPLES!

I went in with a return for an Amazon item and a concept for printing a postcard-size theme-inspired favor for my daughter’s party. Both employees in the printing center were very nice and efficient. The young man who helped with my return was kind and upfront about being in training. He was friendly and did his best to help customers and assist his co-worker stepping in where he could. Erica was knowledgeable, patiently training her coworker and multi-tasking like a pro. She understood my idea, suggested the least expensive option, and went above and beyond to accommodate. Great customer service deserves a shout-out. Thank you both, small acts of kindness help make the world a better place.

We enjoy shopping there and dropping off Amazon returns. Generally friendly and helpful staff. They carry most of the things we need for day to day activities, stationery, some art and craft items, printer cartridge, paper, etc.
