I had such a great experience working with Mario Marini in sales. I came in looking for a car with my girlfriend, and they did everything they could at the dealership to get me in a car that made sense for our budget, our needs and our wants and they hit the nail right on the head. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Stamford Hyundai. Shout out to Gary in service, who went above and beyond to help me with my car this week. With an out-of-state move less than a week away, my car’s check engine light came on. Gary made sure that I was taken care of despite how busy they were. Gary and the Stamford team provide excellent customer service and genuinely care about making sure that you have a safe car to drive. Hello everyone, I would like to start by saying I am so disappointed, discouraged, frustrated, angry, unhappy and felt taken advantage of.I brought a 2019 qx50 infiniti that is giving me so many issues such as sunroof problems, back up and forward camera problems and jiggling noises from the under the hood. If I had known I was being scammed from this dealership in buying a LEMON I would have ran. So much for that and this started going wrong from the beginning and I just got this car On December 19 in which I was so excited to purchase a vehical from somewhere I thought would be a great choice. Only to find out that I would be taken advantage of, there was a specific gentleman that assisted me during this time. On December 19th Alex. R processed a financial document with my signature and information for warrenty when I specifically declined this offer. During the process of signing my documents to finally get my vehical he smoothly kept saying what I was signing and opening the signature part very large, in the process of reading he would cut me off an say it is the same documentation that I explained. To continue and thought nothing of it, after the signing process occurred I noticed I never recived a copy of my documents that would show my loan break down. I originally opted to pay a 6,000 $$ down payment of my loan of 24,826.16 including 1,963.16 in taxes ,on my 2019 qx50 infiniti. No problem, that should have me at about 18,826. Originally I did not get the car till December 21, 2023, continued till February when my 1st payment came about I received my principal balance an realized that my payment where still the same. I ended up calling my loan company whom told me there was never any payments received #6,000$ down-payment other than my February payment. I then asked why would that be how would that be possible? I was told that unless I added anything extra to my loan then that money should have been on or added to my principal. I then panicked and rush to contact Alex. R whom I spent days trying to get in contact with. He would not answer me or return any of my calls. He finally reached out only to tell me he thought I opted for a additional warranty, I was sick to my stomach an stated no sir I told you i would get my own do not add anything additional. I came with a budget and you took my money and added what you wanted. He said to give him sometime to see what he could do, couple days went by and he still never reached out. I then had to go take off of work to go back to the dealership where I finally seen him I was so upset to know I had to come back there for my money or to rectify my loan. Only to find out that he claim there was a mistake or misunderstanding and he would give me back my money. 2 months passed stillxno money another month passed and I reached out to him where he stated he sent a check to my loan balance because the money does not come to me. Ok no problem he canceled the warranty said it was a error on there end an was to dmsend my 6,000 $$ to chase. After another 3 weeks checked back an chase stated only 3,000$$ was added to the principal balance. Not only is this fraudulent but that was not the cost of that warrenty that is now canceled and my vehicle thats I am still making payments is falling a part 7 months later. This is outrageous to know that all this money an I not even a year to say goodbye this car is 4,800$ to fix my sunroof and I do not know what is even wrong with my cameras or sensors. I mean this is outrageous to say the least. Alex originally said he would add back my warrenty since I complained about the amount an he never did as I contacted hyiandi to assist me thinking it was still active since he only gave me back 3,000$ out of my 6,000$ When I called for help I was told it was canceled for sure and I would need to fix out of pocket.This situation can not go unresolved.

Horrible, this car dealer is a waste of time...To be honest 1 of my family member financed a vehical from here and is going through a lot. No one wants to help or assist her, an at this point something needs to be done.

quite honestly the worst dealership ive ever seen. they dont care about you! bought a car from them and they retracted the deal and they forgot to tell the finance conpany so they still charged me for the monthly payment . a month later and still haven't got my money back.

The service department is one of the worst Hyundai service departments I have ever visited, and it left such a bad taste in my mouth that when I upgrade within the year, I won’t be getting a Hyundai. I brought my car in for two issues, one being a recall, and they didn't fix or diagnose either issue
