Service department is real scam while claiming to be “highly trained professionals “ they are union so they don’t care about customers. Learned this hard way .Had some issues with suspension while it was under warranty and they never “could duplicate it “ until warranty was out and next day suddenly they were able to find bunch of stuff that required immediate repairs…. Misdiagnosis and replacement of wrong parts . Service manager or whoever he is just said “ sorry it didn’t work out for you “…Went for a second opinion and issue was a minor problem that was fixed for $100 while their estimates were thousands of dollars.No trust to this place.It’s always better to have your own mechanic who you trust and who is honest with you when it comes to your own vehicle.Tried emailing the owner of Stamford Ford and never got any response from him .

Great overall experience! From working with my salesman, Marco to Debbie the Finance Manager and CJ the IT Specialist, it was like a well oiled machine!!! This is my second time working with Marco and he takes the time to understand what your needs are. I've delt with other Ford dealerships, and this place is my favorite because they act like they care.

My car recently had to be towed into Stamford Ford after transmission issues. Although there wasn’t much that they could do for the situation, Ashley in the service department was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was giving constant updates on the car, answering questions, talking me through the process, and being an outstanding person in general. I would 100% work with Ashley again, thank you for being so wonderful!

Alex G is an excellent salesperson. Early on a rainy Saturday morning he was the only salesperson there - he took time showing me two cars (Ford Bronco and a Mach E), test driving and answering all my questions. He followed up with me at regular intervals but was not intrusive or pushy in any way. Would definitely recommend working with him if you have a chance!

Buying from Stamford Ford was the simplest buying experience I’ve had so far. Communication was great, negotiation was very simple and the transaction was completely painless through and through. Belen Mancheno was a fantastic salesperson, keeping me up to date on the status of my new purchase and Mike Torres in finance was one of the most professional gentlemen I’ve ever had dealings with in the industry.

If your looking to buy, lease, sell your car, look no further, Stamford Ford is the place to be, (8/30/23) I walked in here not really knowing what to expect with little inventory in the market now a days, but luckily for me and possibly for you, they had not 1 or 2 full size SUV’s on the lot but 5+. My husband fell in love with the white expedition and we spoke to Tommy, the salesman and literally with no money down he was able to make a dream come true for us after leasing two cars from ford. I want to thank Tommy for being so understanding, knowledgeable, and overall kind to us for making this purchase for us possible! Come to Stamford Ford and speak to Tommy, and Micheal (financial advisor) you won’t be disappointed!!

The service is hit or miss. They don’t pick up the phone. They might get back within a week or never. There is no Service Manager. The owner, Dominic Franchella, claims that title but can never be found. This is not cost cutting but no accountability.They did a routine transmission fluid change, underfilled it, and by normal standards didn't hold up. I ultimately paid for a replacement after the warranty ran out.A month ago, the vehicle was brought in for a routine brake job. They didn’t provide an estimate. I trusted them based on other work they had since done. They also told me they would advise me if other work needed to be done. That was a mistake because a day later they presented me with a bill that exceeded $2000. This was a simple cargo van. I had to file a complaint with the State of Connecticut.I left a message on the owner’s voicemail to speak with him as he is the honorary service manager, but never returned my call. So much for honor.Small Update:The owner responded below, 6 months later. I called his number, left a message to identify myself. I explained that as the owner, he can't possibly run a large dealership without a management team. Service wasn't picking up, I felt I was taken advantage of and he never responded.The strategy to get anywhere was to call Sales to get transferred to his assistant. But since she works for him, she is not that useful either since she works for him. But in all fairness, she is polite.As it turned out, he was in violation of the Ford Dealership bylaws filed by Ford Motor Co. with the SEC. These specify required standards that their dealerships must abide by. Trying to get to the Ford Executive team is like trying to find Dominic Franchella.This is a Buyer Beware service announcement.

Unfortunately 10k service (oil change and tire rotation) on Bronco ended up only being oil change. Dealer said wheel lock to do tire rotation was not in car and I guess they don’t have them on site. Dealer did not call me as I found out when I picked up car. Oddly enough this is the only dealer that has done my tire rotation in the past so I guess they did not do my tire rotation at last service either or they misplaced the wheel lock.

The service here is expensive, but worth it. My husband had initially set up the appointment via the Ford application, and the prices varied from the app to the prices at the location. The reason for the low review is because the service manager had called us to provide a free oil change, but the service department advised that there wasn’t anything noted on our account, so they would not be able to honor it. Then why offer it in the first place!

The services I brought my car in for were done well and it drives better. If there’s areas for improvement:1- is letting the customer know that their scheduled appointment time is not when the car will be looked at.2- more updates especially when a car is being held for a few days.Thank you
