Be very careful here. Went in for a new sim card and found out a couple weeks later that the person who helped me added services on my account which was $60 extra a month! Took a hour on the phone with customer service to resolve.

I came here on September 11, 2023 around 7:15pm the employee that helped me was a black man with big curly hair (I didn't catch his name). This was my first time buying a promotional phone through T-mobile. I usually buy them from Apple. And I deeply regret purchasing from T-mobile. I asked the guy what promotions they were running and he said I could get $830 off the iPhone 14 so I asked how much would that be for an iPhone 14 pro and he asked me did I mean the pro max and I said no the pro. He took his calculator out and did the math and said $830 off the pro would be $170. However, it is a 2 year contract as part of the promo, so I would pay $7/month for two years.Fast forward to 10/5 I get an alert about my upcoming bill and it is showing my equipment (phone) will be $32/month. It turns out this man lied to me about the promotion it was only for the iPhone 14 not the other models. Customer service gave me the run around as well until it was too late for me to exchange or return this iPhone.Another thing he did was charge me for a charger without asking me, I didn't notice until I found a copy of the receipt this weekend (10/21) and now I have no way of proving otherwise and I DON'T HAVE THE CHARGER either, when Juan went to put the charger in the bag I said I didn't want it (not realizing at the time I was charged for it already). T-mobile your employee is absolutely unethical.I have been a customer for 5 years without a missed/late payment. It is absolutely egregious the way I have been treated in the last month in the store and over the phone.

This location is very unprofessional. They are very rude. No one knows what they are doing outside of Jennifer and it's just really sad and it is very annoying. Where is the training for the new workers these days because if they trained them as employees they should be ashamed that they did and even more ashamed that they allow it

T-Mobile Store Manager - Juan was very helpful and honest about the service packages and plans offered. It helped calibrate my expectations. Especially when I knew my budget and preference of equipment and need to remain autonomous. I would start with him anytime.

This store has terrible customer service. Wasted almost 2 hours of my time and did nothing to resolve the issue. The associate we interacted with could have cared less about resolving the issue. Asked us to wait 2 hours for the issue to be resolved, pay the full price and resolved nothing. All I wanted was a recharge on my prepaid phone. Waste of time.

This store has terrible customer service, the rep seems doesn't care and just want to kick you put as soon as possible. We came here to reset the pin, customer service on phone told us come to physical store, the lady in store just told us, they cannot reset pin in store there's no customer service here and she went silence! Only because my husband said we call T-Mobile on phone now then we are able to work it out. Bottomlin she did not provide full info saying we can make the call and she can verify in store. If we left and went home we would have to make another trip to come.Today second time coming in and same lady....i knew my day will be bad, we just switched Tmobile for 2 weeks, it's free getting physical sim card, she told us we have to paid because we already not considered as new customer, hubby makes same decision call T-Mobile on phone and now we are getting it for free as the company promotion said!!!!!I will never come back to this location, go to Norwalk or anywhere if you really need in person help!Bad taste switching over from Verizon......T-Mobile should really work on in person customer service otherwise what's the point hiring people who don't want to do it?I'm mad.

i've been to this location three times & everytime the same young man helps me but tells me it's not possible to do what i am trying to do with my account. He also told me i wasn't able to get a new phone no money down, yet thru the app i was able to have it done. He told me i could not get a screen protector tho i pay in my plan for it. Online customer service reassured me i was correct. This specific location of T-mobile has some arrogant workers who do not like to be wrong.
