Pissed off. Took my daughter go the ER last night. They send her Prescription to Shoprite Pharmacy, for me to get there this morning and nobody can give me a answer on whether they will be opening or not. The time now is 9:19 AM. They online website says they open at 8 AM. It’s not one sign posted that the pharmacy will be closed today. This happens all the time at this Shippan location. They are always closed or never have your medicine you have to wait 2-3 days. When I can take the same Prescription to Walgreens and get it filled in five minutes.
#DoBetter for people with medical conditions, that can't have a “day off” a simple notice in advance, would have helped.

I like it, because there is a variety of products, the promotions are good, but lately the cashiers are not asking if you have a Shoprite card, and thus you lose the discounts, on several occasions they have told me the total and I have to tell them ( I have a Shoprite card to earn discounts. Thank you

Everything here is basically expired. Fruit, milk, bought rice with bugs, expired meds/tests, moldy bread. Can't try here anymore. Looks nice from the outside though.

Customer service is bad!! They don’t try to accommodate you, the parking lot is a mess, they don’t check the expiration dates on the products, if you speak Spanish you are fine when inside they will understand you ?

Managers are rude and do not agree with each other, creating a terrible environment for the customer.Bought 2 nice ribeye steaks last night, get home, cook them, they are rancid. I call the store at 6:50pm to let them know, and the manager on the phone tells me to not worry about it, to bring the receipt back to the store with the label from the package and they would honor a refund or exchange.Less than 12 hours later I do as I was instructed just to have someone from the management team come and rudely tell me that I didn't even bring the rancid meats back, which is their policy, and that they will not allow this in future. I told her that I was instructed to bring just the receipt and label and she was uninterested. Her attitude was rude and unnecessary. I do not want to made to feel like I'm stealing, when what actually is happening is the store sold me rancid meat and then was rude to me about it.This would have never happened when Mr. Cingari was alive. Since his passing this store has been going straight downhill.I am tempted to fish the two rancid steaks out of my garbage and take them back to the manager to satisfy her and hopefully cure her from her rude demeanor.They should be ashamed.

Fine. Grocery store. The app told me dog food was aisle 22 and we couldn't find it. Employee had to direct us to a "new" unmarked aisle next to the seafood department. Easy to miss

This has been my neighborhood market since I was like seven years old! I recently visited again when I was in town. I see they are renovating and making improvements. The hot wings are still good. Lot of options in the baked goods/dessert dept. My mom frequently goes there to shop. It's super convenient for her bc it's walking distance. Shes always finding deals but it's not a cheap place to shop. Service is ok. Glad they now have self check out. Also there's a bus stop in the front which is super convenient
