“Staff here helped me out big time today. I mailed a package of returned items and an hour later my wife realized she packed her orthotics in one of the boxes. I raced back and the staff here dug up the box and and I was able to get the orthotics back. Would have been a disaster otherwise. Thank you!”

I had a priority package very late containing an important medication….. the supervisor, not only followed up himself to locate but followed up with me constantly to make sure that it was received as fast as possible.
