I asked for acrylics and got gel, started cracking from the second day, what I wanted and what I got were so different and the finish gel wasn’t completely dry i had holes and bumps on all of them. The only good nail tech there is Young, the others are all old and outdated

They were very harsh with the removal of my dip powder. They also do not pay attention to detail. They will notice a mistake and keep going unless you ask them to fix it. I would come here if this is something last minute. I won’t be going back but the customer service is very nice hence the 3 star.

I just walked out of this place because for the second time they double booked me, because my last manicure was so poorly done by the owner that the gel polish cracked off on four nails within a week from a French gel manicure. He damaged all of my nails, I’ve never seen my nails in such bad shape and I have been getting gel manicures on a regular basis for over 30 years. There are some excellent people here and I booked one of them, Helen. But when I arrived, rushing out out of a meeting in order to get my nails fixed and redone from scratch before the weekend, they double booked me again and told me I’d either have to wait an hour or get my nails done by someone who is not good enough. I have always had excellent long term relationships with my nail techs to the point where I became friends outside of work with two of them. I don’t like being treated like I’m a bother rather than a client.

Been coming here for about two years and the service is always great. Helen does an amazing job for all my manicures and would definitely recommend.

I absolutely adore Salon Finesse! As a longtime Stamford resident, now living in NYC, I searched for the perfect place to get my nails done when visiting family. This salon exceeds expectations with their exceptional nail services. They provide massages and have consistently accommodated my last-minute calls. I've had the pleasure of working with the fantastic staff, including owner Michael, who created my stunning pink chrome nails during my last session. I highly recommend this place!

Salon Finesse is the best place in Glenbrook to get a manicure or a pedicure. All the staff are friendly and very nice. Michael the owner is so welcoming and does an amazing job. The salon is very clean and the variety of pedicures are wonderful one better than the other. All the staff are very qualified and the most friendly people you could meet. Appointments are not required but I would recommend making one first because they are always so busy. But they will accommodate you, but you will have to wait. Lucy does a fantastic massage. Helen has such a gentle hand, I would recommend asking for her if you want. Michael is so precise and makes sure everything is perfect. The salon has new colors all the time. I also recommend the Queen Spa Pedicure so worth the money!

My friend and I showed up without an appointment and they took us right away for two Sea Salt Pedi's. It is worth it. The relief from the Pedi massage and the careful work was an great experience. They took their time and it was a peaceful environment.

Clean, parking is available. Michael learns his customers by name. He is very nice. I love Lucy and Lily for my pedicures! They both do an amazing job. I also decided to get a back massage, so much better than the spa ! Lily targeted all the areas I needed !Services: Foot massages

Worst experience I’ve had in a nail salon. I would give 0 stars if I could. I called in to see if there was space for 2 pedicures and they said to come in. When we were seated we had one woman that started the service on my mom, and she mentioned someone else would be coming to do mine. She started to do both our feet and rushing to get both done. In the meantime other customers were coming in and having their service done. In addition to the rushed, and ironically long service, the woman messed up two nails and had someone else redo them. The second woman didn’t apply it nicely and had to redo them once again. We did not feel like this was fair and when we mention it to the manager, they told us it was our fault and we could have left. When we asked for a discount, they said we can can pay for one, but the other needs to have the polish removed. This was a stressful experience for a $10 discount. Never going here again.

I must truly say I was very happy finding this nail salon ,Micheal is the best ..I was greeted with a smile as I entered ,as a first timing not all the the time you get these greetings from a nail salon , I didn’t even had an appointment…great staff , the back massage while doing your nails is an extra bonus .. I really enjoy it there .Jenny did my nails she was patient, kind go above and beyond ..Thank you ,salon finesse ?
