Their response is inaccurate. Our windshield was not cracked until it was returned to us. Your protocol is to take photos before you drive a customer's car per your team. They claim this was not done because their app was not functioning; however, your valet had an iPhone so could have taken photos on his phone to document the so called crack, but he did not do this. Every dealer or rental car company takes photos before they drive a car specifically to document any existing damage. That is your issue for not following your own protocol. We now have a 2 foot crack in our windshield that happened on your watch. You offered to repair the windshield for $1600 or told us to file a claim with our insurance. We did not threaten to sue, we asked for your lawyer's contact information after the owner Jameson Riley was unresponsive. We are not unfairly blaming you, these are the facts and it is your responsibility to fix our windshield.

Our experience in purchasing a car from Riley Volvo was really positive. The Sales Rep, Dan King, made the whole process really simple and fast. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Volvo.

Everything has been fine with the actual car that we leased, but we are not getting the level of customer service that we have experienced with our other dealership. This dealership does not give loaners for service, or maintenance, and communication during service was lacking. I received a call after business hours that my car was ready, and they “had called and texted,” but no texts or voicemails had been delivered. We were told the car would be locked outside of the dealership with the keys in it, and when we arrived, the car was completely open.

Service was cordial and efficient and was over in a promised hour. The new facility is very comfortable. The only disappointment is likely a Volvo issue and not Riley’s. How in the world can a simple key fob cost $500 total — 80% of that for the fob and programming? Why put owners who simply lost the fob in such a penalty box? A long time, loyal Volvo fan is left with a feeling somewhat less than gratitude towards the Volvo brand, not Riley.

This is my second lease with Riley Volvo. It’s been an easy, fast and pleasant experience both times. I was also able to get the best deal at Riley compared to other dealerships. I dealt with Lee each time and he was a pleasure to work with.

These guys at Riley Volvo service are really great. I interfaced with 3 employees there and they are courteous, professional & knowledgeable. Even though they are not my ‘local’ dealer, I will probably choose to travel a bit further to deal with them. Very fairly priced as well.

My family has had the pleasure of working with the experts at Riley Volvo twice and both times, over a year apart, they were outstanding! Joe, AJ and the team were all very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They didn't rush us and made sure we had all our questions answered, no matter how trivial, making sure we were moving forward with confidence. We had a wonderful experience during the first visit and knew we would be considering a Volvo for our next car. Consistent with their dedication to service, the Riley Volvo showroom was beautifully modern, stocked with snacks and refreshments to help yourself to as you browse, chat or wait. Overall, both visits were excellent, and I recommend Riley Volvo to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car!

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales people here especially Lee who took care of me.best pricing in the tri state area.they took my old car and got me into a new one with no headaches.all the prices that they committed on the phone were 100% true once I got here and signed.I would recommend this place.!!!!

Dan was amazing. I was apprehensive about going to a dealer. However, my experience with Dan and the Riley Volvo Team was surprisingly pleasant. No haggling, fully transparent, open communication, no pressure from staff, extremely friendly, tech savvy, informative, knowledgeable, and very professional. I look forward to purchasing my next Volvo from Dan.

awful dealership to work with...i took delivery of a new volvo60 t8 30 days ago...there has been many issues with the car since day one...such as selt belt warning chime continous ringing...loose all sound incuding warning indications and phone use...car not able to play text messages, etc...riley volvo has been more disappointing...although i just took delivery, they never offered priority service to fix the car and refused to offer a loaner car ,forcing me to take the car to a local dealer...they have basically ignored me since delivery...i asked to have the general manager call me to share my concerns...he never called, simply wrote me an email saying its your local service dealer who can't fixed the car...separately, i am surprised volvo would deliver a car with so many problems...be careful of dealing with riley volvo...

Called and was told they had my tire and could change it no problem. Booked service appointment for the next day. Drove 45 min and was told it wouldn’t be done today. They had no shuttles available. Got no call in advance to let me know the situation. Terrible service department. Go to another dealership for service.

Considering I had at least three reminders about collecting my new car on time I was disappointed to have to wait for both signing the paperwork and then had to wait for the car to be ready.Customer service seemed to be lacking as a number of people came in the show room and nobody was there to deal with them. A few even asked my wife if she worked there and could help them!Need to up the game. On a positive note very pleased with the new car and deal that was offered.Update: Spoke with the general manager and without prompting offered an apology which goes along way to restoring confidence in the dealership. Therefore, upped the star rating.

They refused to accept the warranty that I bought through Volvo. A complete scam, they told me every Volvo service center has the right to not honor warranties. Why would I spend thousands of dollars for a warranty and the service shop just decides if they will acknowledge it! Really terrible l customer service

The rudest people I have ever met. Years ago they used to be great and now this new generation of Riley is god awful. Their rude, disrespectful, and their blatant thieves. They don't answer their service phone, but don't worry they'll answer their sales phone and keep transferring you to service where no one answers. They did a terrible job on our car, they over charged and are awful at communicating. I recommend either going to Westport volvo or Danbury volvo. I should have read other reviews before going to this place, they are spot on with the 1 star reviews. They do gas light you into thinking you're in the wrong or it wasn't how it seemed. But don't be fooled, their terrible. I also witnessed the manager yelling at a customer today.I've never dealt with such impolite nasty behavior. They won't last.
