Had another wonderful service appointment at Riley Mazda in Stamford. They were ready for me at the time of my appointment. The work lasted as long as predicted. They did a through check of all key components of the car. The cost was very reasonable. The waiting area very nice. Great associates (particularly Jeremy) well versed in strong customer service. In my time I have dealt with Lexus, Saab, Honda, VW, Ford and Chrysler— Riley Mazda is the best of them all.

My car was very much taken care of.Staff are all very accommodating. I came almost closing time, but they still assisted me.Service Staff Jeremy, went out and parked my car (coz I left the car for tomorrow’s scheduled service)The next morning, I received a call from Jeremy about the car. All throughout the day, I received update about my car. The service was amazing!Shout out to the whole Mazda Riley team for excellent customer service.Also, I appreciate the greetings I received from the Staff both inside the office and outside - at the parking lot. I feel very at home!Keep it up! Thank you!

Wonderful experience with Riley Mazda in White Plains. Jesse was very professional and courteous and found the Mazda With the features I wanted. He was always helpful, and responded quickly to my texts and calls. I look forward to picking my new pre-owned Mazda tomorrow! I highly recommend Mazda Riley and Jesse!!

Riley Mazda has always been extremely professional in how they care for their customers. I’ve been going to them for over a year now and have had nothing but great help and service. Their shuttle took slightly longer to get back to drive me to work so they immediately took the initiative to order me an Uber. Highly recommend

So impressed with the service I received. I bought my car at an out of state Mazda dealership and this was my first time servicing my car at this location. Not only did they squeezed me in quickly, they were so patient, kept me informed/updated, took care of my transportation to/from the dealership while they serviced my car, and washed/vacuumed my car. I can’t recommend the Riley Mazda service center enough. They took so much stress out of the process for a seamless experience. Jeremy, I applaud your customer service!

One of my best decisions was to buy a Mazda.. CX9The car has been trouble-free and reliable.Service appointments are always straightforward and pleasant.Same service managers over the years that I have owned a Mazda. This makes for great consistency and making service appointments is trouble free.Special hats off to Seth.He has been available and trustworthyAnd knows his product thoroughly.Refreshing to have such genuine customer service.

Mazda performed an excellent job for the first oil change I had after buying my car at this dealer. The waiting room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. The car work was done in a timely manner. The man that checked me in when I arrived even helped me with a number of questions I had about my car! We sat in the car and he took his time to show me everything I had a question about.

Making an appointment was easy and customer service is very nice. However, my car went in for maintenance and some issues it was having. I brought the car in first thing Friday morning. One of the issues was fixed and the other one was never fixed. I spoke to two different be people that said the car would be ready Monday or Tuesday. I got no updates on the car. Tuesday at 3pm still no word from anyone. So I had to call, only to hear that the car was “almost done”. I was able to pick up the car at 5:30 on Tuesday. There should be better communication and updates. We went almost 5 days without a car.

Am approaching the end of my lease on my current car, and visited Riley Mazda a couple weeks ago to look into options on a replacement. Salesman was very helpful in answering my questions, and I went back today left a deposit on a new CX-30. Entire process from start to finish has been great! No pressure, and was able to get the car I wanted at a very fair price. Very much looking forward to picking it up in a couple weeks, and strongly suggest anyone looking to buy or lease a new car in the Stamford area give Riley a look! I’m sure glad I did!Update: I took delivery this week on my new CX 30 and couldn't be happier with the entire experience! Love the car, and highly recommend the Riley team, as they made what can sometimes be a daunting experience completely painless and smooth!

I bought my Mazda at Reilly in March 2023. The purchasing experience was fantastic. This was my first service experience. It was the first of two initial complimentary services. I love the car wash. I've been buying cars for 40 years and this is the first time I had a complimentary car. Area for waiting was comfortable.Going forward,I live in Bridgeport. I'm already getting paranoid about the major services down the road(services which are not while-u-wait). The traffic(I-95 etc) gives me a panic attack.

I had such an amazing experience with Riley Mazda. Ernesto is absolutely phenomenal and provided me with answers for all my questions! The whole process was easier than I expected. I'm extremely satisfied with my Mazda 3, I couldn't have done it without his help.
