HIGHLY recommend!! The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable that you can learn a ton from a boxing standpoint and the other members and staff that make up the community are incredibly nice and inclusive. If you’re looking for a great workout or to learn how to box or both, this is the perfect place to go 10/10. Great way to meet some awesome people as well.

Revolution Training is absolutely Phenomenal!!! Family friendly , judgment free super dope place to be for all age's. Extremely affordable training facility, with a results focus. Top of the line coaches. If your looking to get shape, Revolution is the place. If you want to compete, Revolution is the place. ALL levels of competition ,from amateur to Pro whatever you desire, Revolution is the place.

Revolution Training is the real deal. I had a great time working out here, and received exceptional coaching from the staff. The space is impeccably clean, and is located in a nice neighborhood. The gym is also spacious, with ample room to move around, hit bags, and do mit training. Affordable, hospitable, and professional.

Just joined after trying out a few of their classes. All the trainers are supportive and encouraging. They push you to do your best and provide killer workouts. The classes are fun and challenging. All the coaches are highly experienced and knowledgeable in boxing and personal training. Revolution is definitely my new favorite place to be!

One of my favorite workout studios ever!!! I love the boxing classes at Revolution Training. I have never boxed before until I came to this studio and I still was able to get some really awesome high intensity training in a speedy 45 minute class. The trainers are not only extremely personable and are very patient with people with no prior boxing experience, but also knowledgable about boxing and fitness. For me, I felt like I was plateauing because I was going to a regular gym and doing only a strength program and 30 mins of a LISS cardio machine. The same routine every day. The environment at Revolution allows you to have those instructors that can correct your form and push you to maximize your potential from the various fat burning workouts, which I think is critical so you don't feel like you are wasting your time working out. I highly recommend coming to Revolution! It's a great gym and it will help you accomplish your fitness goals!

Amazed to see just one previous review. I am a serious athlete and now that I am a bit older, basketball is out but I play tennis 4-5x/wk during summer, do Barre and work with personal trainer 2x/wk to do whatever it takes to get stronger. With tennis season now over, I wanted to find a good cardio workout and have been wondering about Revolution Training since I moved down to Harbor Point. I just finished my 2nd 45-minute session with Ahmad and I have to say, this is the best 45-minute cardio workout I have ever done! Ahmad is a real pro. Each workout consists of a warm-up of rowing machine, push-ups/crunches and is then followed by me working with Ahmad throwing punches in combinations he has taught me. There is a period when I then go to heavier bag and do intense cardio of 60 seconds of punching combo's while Ahmad holds the bag followed by a "break" of 30-45 seconds of squats, then back to the bag for hooks and then eventually upper cuts. Their is speed bag work and I would say that of the 45 minutes, I'm probably cardio engaged for close to 40 minutes of it. It is therapeutic and a confidence builder to know that I am doing something that will improve my endurance. the foot work/cardio and interval training will only help my tennis. The gym has everything you need. They also have classes that I have yet to try. I look forward to working with Ahmad. If you want to do something good and invest in your health, give Ahmad and his group at Revolution Training a call. You will be happy you did so.

I've been a member of Revolution approximately around the time the youth program started. I was 17. I'm 26 now. I was always on and off but the energy and the people coaches and members included just gave me the courage and motivation to keep coming and keep trying to reach my goals. Thanks to Revolution I know the true meaning of persistence. I'm thankful to Ahmad and Victor for making this gym so welcoming.

I've been a Revolution member for 9 years and couldn't imagine training anywhere else. The boxing workout is a full body workout that never gets boring and the people are an incredibly diverse group which is very refreshing and like no other gym experience I ever had. I highly recommend it for all fitness levels!
