I chose 4 stars and not 5 because: I was charged for the tire rotation. This was a charge which I was not told before the service would be charged to me. So lack of transparency. Also, they car was not returned washed. This is a service which we always received in Europe when giving in a car for service. Otherwise I was very happy with all other aspects of the service experience at Prestige. But still not a 5 star service.

The service department is phenomenal and deserves 5 stars . Excellent service and the people are really nice (even when delivering bad news that I had to pay for brakes). The dealership itself is 1 star so my review will fall in the middle . The sales people are rude as hell in this location. My lease is almost up and I wanted to see some options. I walked around inside and outside and no one spoke to me or asked if I had a question… they just watched me . I said “hello, excuse me” to the female salesperson and she ignored me. Go here for service ONLY and purchase/lease elsewhere. Executive VW in North Haven is phenomenal and worth the drive

Rishi is great, but I’ve had it with the return trips and constant issues with my Atlas. I paid $800 for a clogged drain that didn’t fix the problem. Immediately following my visit, the car is still leaking water onto the floor and an airbag error light came on. There are no service loaners or service appointments to re-evaluate the car for another two weeks.

You're likely better off with another dealer. Weeks ago I did the pre-qualification on the website and their finance manager Aamir called me to let me know he received it? He was BEYOND rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. This was a horrible first impression. He promised a salesperson would then follow up to set up a time to come for a test drive. Nobody ever called. I went elsewhere and won't ever come back.

Rude and disrespectful in all areas. Suggest unnecessary repairs. My car had as I remember 5 recalls in 3 years, and for one of the repairs, they kept the car for a month, never letting me know the progress . Run away.

Phil the manager was so helpful and went above and beyond. Todd, my salesman knew everything about the truck and made sure every feature was set up before I left.I will definitely be going back to the dealership for future purchases. They have the best pricing and everyone there is so nice and made me feel comfortable with making decisions on which vehicle to buy.

The gentlemen who greeted me when I dropped the car off also drove me home and picked me up. He earned 2 stars for his politeness and kindness. The front desk who jumped over to service, got my forms for check-in, and helped me when picking up the car deserves 1 star as well. The service rep who did not discuss the cost of the service, the number of things that would be replaced, the additional time the service would take, the lack of an update call, and the rude phone call I had with her when picking up earned -6 stars.

Worked with Stephen Yasinsac at Prestige VW in CT, buying a 2023 Golf R.I’m from Miami, FL, and both Steve and his manager have communicated and acted professionally, made sure my needs were taken care of, arranging for transport to Miami and making the paperwork work smoothly. I have had Rishi as my service advisor for the last couple of years. I had issues with my water pump and one of my tires. I emailed him, told him what I knew was happening, and asked how much it would be to have the antifreeze system flushed to see why the car needed more antifreeze. Also, I wanted to know what it would cost to look at the tire. He immediately let me know and asked if I wanted to make an appointment. We used email for the whole back-and-forth questions, and it was great for me as I can only sometimes call from work as the cell signal could be better.
