I recently brought my VW Atlas to Volkswagen Prestige Stamford for service, and I had a fantastic experience thanks to Monique and Rishi. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. Monique was incredibly welcoming and made sure all my concerns were addressed promptly. Rishi was knowledgeable and provided clear explanations about the service my vehicle needed, which made me feel confident in the process.
They both went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend Monique, Rishi, and the entire team at Volkswagen Prestige Stamford for anyone looking for top-notch service. I will definitely be returning for future needs!

BE CAUTIOUS OF THESE SCAMMERS and ROBBERS!
I am deeply frustrated with my recent experience at Prestige VW of Stamford. After spending significant time online to determine the most cost-effective and necessary service for my car, I scheduled a 50K service appointment with an advertised cost of $263.94. I planned to drop off my car at 8:30 AM so I could be at work by 9:00 AM.
Upon arrival, I was told that I had booked a 70K service, despite having clearly selected a 50K service. After clarifying that I only wanted the 50K service, the receptionist quoted me $417.94 plus tax, which was a stark contrast to the $263.94 shown online. She said "she will honor if I show her what I booked online". When I presented the online quote, she initially denied it, but after some argument, she allowed me to speak with her manager.
The manager's response was even more disheartening. She acknowledged the online price but claimed that the 50K service would not include all the necessary services because, according to her, the website was incorrect. I asked if fluid top-ups could be included, especially since they are part of my routine $153 oil and filter change service every three months. The manager flatly refused and, to my shock, quoted an additional $179 solely for fluid top-ups, despite the fact that $153 covers them with an oil change.
This experience feels like a blatant attempt to exploit customers and a gross mismanagement of customer service. Even if there was an error on their website, they should have rectified it professionally rather than trying to charge me excessively. I am incredibly disappointed, not just with the financial aspect, but with the complete disregard for my time and the overall customer experience. I am left feeling deceived and frustrated, and I would rate this dealership a 0 out of 5.

Have been a customer of Prestige VW of Stamford for the past 10 years and just purchased my third car from this dealership. I have had all service/repair work done here and have not had issues with the quality of work. The Sales Consultants know their inventory and all of the "quirks" of each and every model. The Service Advisors are extremely knowledgeable and really go out of their way to help you. The Finance Manager will work with you when purchasing/leasing (I've done both) and explains every detail of the contract. If you are waiting for routine service to be done and you listen to the Staff, there's a sense that they enjoy their jobs and the work environment. They all smile - and not just with an upturned mouth, but with their eyes as well. You feel welcomed by them and that they do appreciate your business because, as they well know, you do have options to go elsewhere.
Prestige VW of Stamford has earned my loyalty.

Because when you call it feels like you owe the person a favor if you’re making a service schedule and you dont feel that they care. And even gonna ask for a ride or anything. Just bad customer service. Needs to improve a lot.

Negative experience all around. Sales as well as service. I made the mistake of choosing convenience over traveling an hour out of my area to the VW dealer I previously used. This dealer is the worst I've dealt with. I’ve completely soured to the VW brand as a result of dealing with Prestige. I’m just counting the days till my lease ends. Just straight up dishonesty and poor service.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had a problem each time coming to this location, I had to speak to three different workers and they are all rude and treat the PAYING customer like trash. I would not recommend coming here & no longer would like to purchase from this location. Being nice and professional is BARE MINIMUM.

The service Team at Prestige VW of Stamford was outstanding. From the thoroughness and attention to detail on the service work itself (thanks for even filling my windshield fluid!) to the front office staff's professionalism and patience I highly recommend this great crew.

The sales team is top notch really worked hard to get me into the vehicle. I want it and at the right price. The service department is fantastic and doesn’t push unwanted and unneeded services. I really like. That if needed to dealership will provide a loaner vehicle and door-to-door service.
