Absolute worst service. I'm not sure why I am surprised. I bought my car here and they totally took advantage of me. Undercut me on my trade in and then when I said I would go to another dealer they said it was too late and that I would be without a car. Total bullying tactic. Services since then have been awful. The most recent service I was told that there would be a $200 diagnostic fee even though I had been previously told that the part was in fact broken. Woman at service is snippy to me every single time. I have heard that Danbury is a better experience.

I wanted to share our wonderful experience at the Prestige Volkswagen in Stamford, Ct. Tammy Phillips was our car salesperson and Phil is general manager. They both were extremely helpful. We spent a couple of hours looking at cars and they explained everything and couldn't have been more helpful. I highly recommend this dealership.

The worst car dealership I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Ever since dealing with these people it has been nothing but headaches. This is not a review I am getting satisfaction out of writing. I come from a European family with a history of driving Volkswagens which in German means car of the people. My grandfather drove Volkswagens my father and my first car out of high school was a Volkswagen GTI. This dealership has successfully turned away a lineage of VW customers. I don't even want to get in to the level of unprofessionalism, how unethical and rude the employees are and just a general lack of understanding when it comes to running a car dealership or any sort of car repair facility. Please do yourself a favor and go to the dealership in Danbury this place is the worst.

Don’t hire this guy. Zack Cottingham is bad news for your business. He lacks the qualifications and education to work as a technician, service advisor, and service manager. He claims that he was a Green Beret, ask him to produce his DD-214. He also claims that he is a recent law school graduate, how that’s relevant to serving customers…? It’s not. Ask him to produce his J.D. and associated transcripts. Hiring Zack would expose your business to a culture of deceptive practices that violate multiple state laws that protect the consumer. Zack Cottingham is currently employed by Fathers and Sons VW located in West Springfield, MA.

We enjoyed our trip to Prestige Volkswagen. Both sales agents we spoke with were friendly, well spoken and knowledgeable. They seemed to understand and accept our expectations and respect our budget. Thank you Matthew and Aamir. It was nice doing business with you!

In need of a car, the VW Suv's interested me so I walked down to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. Went in the showroom & no one was around. Went outside & asked a man if he was the salesperson. He told me he was the manager with a bit of an attitude. I asked him about the deals that I saw online & he cut me short arrogantly saying "First of all, there are no deals." Really, you are that "prestigious" that you don't care about a prospective customer? Took my money elsewhere. Would never buy from someone who treats a person that way. Shame on you Prestige for having a manager like that.

The level of customer service was supreme. ⭐⭐⭐ I really appreciated them vacuuming my car. I thought that was a great treat. Plus, the staff was very courteous and professional. I have taken my car to a Volkswagen dealership in Manhattan and I was NOT pleased. The woman helping me was RUDE!!! I feel comfortable taking my car back to them again. ??????

My husband and I bought a new Volkswagen Atlas 2021. We have it for only half a year, and we have problems with it every month. This dealer cannot solve this. We have problems with Bluetooth, the car does not start. I do not recommend this dealer and this car. We turned to another dealer because they couldn't help us here. I will be repairing the car for the fourth time, and I remind you that this is a new car. What kind of b******* do you sell to people? ????!!!!!!

We leased a 2017 Jetta from Prestige and decided to purchase the vehicle rather than return it at lease end. We had the most unpleasant experience at the dealer and would not do business with them again. After confirming the payoff amount, as clearly written in the lease agreement, we spoke to Volkswagen Credit and casually asked if it could be reduced. They assured us that Prestige would be able to make a deal with us. After making numerous calls to the credit manager, Amir, who never returned any calls, my daughter went to the Prestige and a salesman attempted to rip us off by telling her we were required to purchase an extended warranty on the vehicle for $1500. When I objected, he insisted that it was required, which is a complete lie. Then he pretended that he couldn't give us the total bottom-line number because he had to "run the numbers through a system," which would take time and he couldn't do it then. Total BS. No doubt, this is the last we'll ever hear or want to hear from Prestige. Bye!

Second time back at this Dealership/ Service area. I brought my car in for multiple electrical codes being thrown... Asked about getting a Courtesy car and they said be no because of COVID-19. Now I understand Corona has effected a lot of individuals and businesses but I asked around and allegedly a lot of other Dealerships like Honda, Cadillac, Acura etc.. do a good job working with the customer to accommodate for courtesy vehicles if needed. On top of that I think the service team should smile little more and be a little more approachable, a lot of serious 2020 faces lol
