It's the customer service that distinguishes Pray from any other mechanic/body shop I have ever visited. It's Ritz-Carlton level service. They were able to see my car quickly and and when a part I had provided didn't match perfectly, someone came across the street to the coffee shop I was waiting at to show me a picture to see if I wanted to continue with the job. They were very thorough in giving me my options, and when I decided not to continue with the job because of a defect in the part I had provided, there was no charge even though they had spent some time working on the car. I later retuned with a non-defective part for them to install and once again they were able to get me in quickly and competed the job perfectly, once again with incredible customer service. Pray was a class act all the way and I will definitely be using them for any body work I need in the future.

Just had an incredible experience at Pray Auto Body! I went in to get an estimate to fix a bumper (I had an unfortunate incident in my garage!). I was expecting a major ordeal and was pleasantly surprised and grateful when Courtney took the car down to the shop and came back saying they were able to fix it. When I asked what I owed, she said “nothing”. I was shocked!I have used Pray in the past for other repairs and the reason I went back is because they do great work and operate a professional and honest business. They have my highest recommendation!

Pray Auto Body Shop fixed all the dents and damage on my 2023 Tesla Y (from fallen debris off a negligent pick up truck on the Merritt in Greenwich). John Licursi was a true professional in working with the insurance company. While I was spun into circles by the insurance company tactics, John stepped in and took care of all communication with the insurance company. My Tesla Y was restored to new within the original timeline estimated (less than a week). It looks absolutely beautiful. I was stranded the day my car was completed and they drove it to my home in North Stamford. It was a lovely ending to a horrific situation.Services: Painting

I went there a couple of months ago and the guy that was working with me literally made me feel unworthy because i had high deductible. He said he would give me a call to give me an estimate. NEVER DID! I guess he thought because i had a high deductible i would not be worth looking. I honestly did not care about the insurance I would of pay outright. I went to another body shop and just payed cash. I hope the owner sees this because thats bad business. You should never put someone down because you think he don’t have the money.

Hands down the best shop in the tristate!! It would be a mistake going anywhere else. From the workers working on your vehicle to the products they use they don’t cut around corners and get you your car back how it came from the factory . Came here as my Audi dealer recommended them (they are an Audi certified shop). Someone hit and ran on me and scuffed up/dented my bumper and front panel but after coming here you would never know. Car looks brand new, plus they did me a favor and swapped in a different grille for me at no extra cost. They also cleaned the inside and outside and I swear the rubber floor mats have never looked so good. I would come back or recommend this shop in a heartbeat to anyone, especially if you own a VW or Audi.Service: Body & Trim

The Pray Body Shop team rules. Jonathan was not just helpful, he was also willing to explain exactly what had to be fixed, why, and what it'd take to get the job done. When he said the repair would take a week, he meant it: I dropped my car on Monday and it was ready to roll by Friday morning. Pray was helpful, efficient, and communicative throughout my repair. Even as I waited months for insurance to pay out the claim after my car got side-swiped, they were patient and picked up right where we left off once the repair was ready to go through. Jonathan told me the job would take a week, and within four days I was driving out of the parking lot with a sparkling-new car. This team rules and, importantly, communicative while they do great work on your ride.
