Postmark overall is a phenomenal building to live in; however some of the tenants are very racist towards black people! They were racist towards the black tenants, security staff and some of the leasing agents that worked here prior! The tenants and 2 staff members spoke our concerns to the property management and they were overlooked. The staff is not bad but i truly recommend dealing with these situations better to avoid people feeling uncomfortable in a place they call home.

We love it here! The best part of living at Postmark is the staff, who make up for any minor inconveniences one may expect from a 10-year old building that is starting to show it's age. They are friendly, responsive, and clearly make an effort to ensure that things are running smoothly. It's not perfect (what is?), but it's an amazing value right in the heart of Stamford, with easy access to EVERYTHING (Train, Highway, Shopping, Restaurants, Parks, Waterfront, and more). Newer buildings that are only 1 block away rent at 40% more, but IMO are not even close to worth that kind of premium.

My move in was very smooth. Max met me to show me the apartment, walked me around the building and introduced me to the concierge. He’s great and everyone was very friendly.

Don’t live here horrible experience upon leaving… they did not return my security deposit. I left the apartment in perfect condition and they claimed there were incidental payments left. So complicated but nevertheless it’s not anywhere you want to live everything is always broken and they bandaid everything. It’s the worse experience I’ve ever had.

Postmark was a wonderful place to live. Small community feel, staff is attentive. Very sad to leave Postmark! 100% recommend to people looking for apartments in Harbor Point. I lived there for 5 years .

Beyond the service elevator coming in and out of service, the leasing staff must be the least professional and incompetent I have ever had to work with. The amount of effort to pay my rent, which was never in dispute, was boggling. To cap it off, I was charged an extra $5k in the last month and was told to wait 21 days to receive my refund. Great service.

Lived here for 2 years, aside from the rent hikes both years it was a great place to live and have nothing bad to say about the place or the management team. Would possibly consider living here again in the future I highly recommend this place.
UPDATE: once no longer a resident be prepared for them to not respond to emails and go over the 30 day period of them issuing back your security deposit.
