There was a terrible smell when I ran the hot water and the hot water heater was exchanged. That night, I had no hot water. The next day they came and immediately rectified it. They came back again later that same day to make sure I had hot water. All in all, they were attentive and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently!

Just moved here a month ago! Shoutout to Mecca who I worked with in the leasing office. She made mine and my families experience amazing! I saw 8 apartment buildings in the area and was impressed by Postmark Apartments the most!

Cannot say enough positive things about Postmark! Matt Kendall in leasing has been EXCEPTIONAL throughout our move and stay. He responds immediately and always has a solution. The front desk is alway staffed and the team is so friendly and professional. The cleaning crew is excellent - commons spaces and gym are always spotless including the very popular grills. On top of everything, neighbors are great and the building "vibe" is really comfortable. Great place to live!

We just moved into Postmark this past weekend from NYC and love every minute of it so far! Mecca made my move in incredibly easy! Beginning with answering all my questions at all hours of the day, helping me reserve the elevator, giving a great tour to giving me advice and recommendations around the area. She is extremely personable and bubbly and always willing to lend a helping hand. Thank you!

Responded to our request for repair to the kitchen island cabinet. Came with all tools needed and repaired it as if nothing ever looked out place. They worked as quiet as they could, non-disruptive, and left a clean work area. Excellent job!

This is the best building in Harbor Point - by far!! I moved into Postmark in March and have only had the best experiences living in this building . The leasing staff follows up with immediately , maintenance and cleaning staff is top notch and through. Concierge is the best!!! I couldn’t be happier , this building deserves 10 stars!!!

I have been a resident at this apartment complex for 26 months, a significant period to witness and experience the glaring safety and security lapses in a building that is touted as a "premium luxury" destination. I am writing this review not to slight the incredible staff here, notably the leasing staff, concierge, maintenance team, cleaning crew, and Javier. They are nothing short of exceptional. This review is intended as an indictment of the building owner, Cushman and Wakefield, whose oversight has been painfully inadequate.A prime example of their negligence is our elevators. Over the course of my stay, we have been left with only one functional elevator for a staggering 25% of the time. The inconvenience has been overwhelming, with wait times for an elevator stretching up to 15 minutes. This issue was exacerbated during move-ins and move-outs when we were further confined to one elevator, causing unnecessary congestion, damage, and even injury when a ceiling panel fell off, posing a serious safety risk.Our security concerns, however, extend beyond faulty elevators. The garage door, a critical security feature for any apartment building, was left broken in the open position for an unacceptable 1.5 months. This lapse allowed open access to our basement-level garage, the elevator, and stairways leading to our apartments, which compromises our security and our peace of mind. The gravity of this situation was brought to light when a resident was robbed inside our own building, and it was frightening to know that anyone outside could have access to our apartment halls at any time. There's even a video circulating on Facebook, which shows people running in from the street - a damning testament to the lack of security. We were told in emails that there was security 24/7 in the basement, however my wife and I noted multiple instances of that not being the case.Last year, there were multiple instances while we were at the pool that we saw groups of people walk in from off the street and use the buildings pool. One of these times they blasted their music, drank, and became obnoxiously intoxicated, creating a less than ideal environment for other residents who actually pay to use the amenities. Enough people complained and they sent an email out that they would be checking wristbands, however that was only for about a week after residents complained.This level of negligence is in direct contravention of Connecticut state law, which mandates that landlords follow all health and safety laws, ensuring that buildings, apartments, and common areas are safe. The building management's reluctance to give us any sort of concession or waive amenity fees in the face of these glaring issues adds insult to injury.In summary, I would caution anyone considering living here to ponder if the 'luxury' tag is worth the risks and inconveniences. It's high time the management pays heed to these issues and takes necessary action to uphold the safety, security, and quality of life of its residents. Ultimately, you will be investing a significant sum in a luxury label, and it's high time that Cushman and Wakefield rise to the occasion and deliver the quality and security commensurate with the premium we pay.Addition: As of June 21, we lost access to both elevators once again today. Very excited to carry 2 suitcases and a dog down 8 flights of stairs tonight.Seriously, at the very least waive the 401 sides amenity fees. Even for a month. SOMETHING.

Amazing property to live in!The new management team is great and gets back to you very quick.There were some issues left from the last management but most of them have been fixed since the new team started.Whenever there’s a general issue (elevators, gym equipment, etc) they try to fix it right away. If there’s something that requires a longer time to be fixed due to vendors/contractors they will tell you right away as well and try their best to get things done.Thank you Postmark Team!

Last week my best friend was looking at the Postmark so I came along because I am also looking for an apartment. I had no intentions of originally looking this property. I was made aware that this is now new management. We were given a tour and might I say the leasing specialist did and AMAZING job. He showed us multiple units, was great at answering the 1000 questions my best friend had and I fell in love with the unit he showed me. The only flaw was the kitchen being alittle outdated but that apartment is beautiful! So far this complex is number 1 on my list! I will update this review once I am able to get the leasing persons name.
