In the past it’s been difficult to deal with management companies and an HOA to get needed exterior work completed. John Rubino, has been extremely responsive and helpful to remediate several issues in both a courteous and timely fashion. It’s been a refreshing change.

Every time I've communicated with someone at Plaza Realty they are nothing but helpful and always get back to me the same day. This is refreshing as great communication is always appreciated.
