“My old pharmacy closed suddenly (RiteAid) and I didn't want to use the 2 other well known pharmacy's. I was happy to know that Cornerstone Pharmacy would gladly welcome my prescriptions. I'm very satisfied with the staff.”

“ALWAYS helpful in the pharmacy, they have a great “meds two beds” program if you are inpatient at my own patients as well as my family have used… Outpatient perspective, always willing to help figure things out with insurance!”

“The main pharmacist, Lyubo Hadzhiev is the best! Other CVS locations should train under him. Other Pharmacy's should train under him. He is/has the A team. I have discussed my appreciation of my pharmacist with my neurologist. My doctors response was "I've worked with him, very knowledgeable". Pretty great to hear from your doctor! In life there are many things that need to be juggled. Having Lyubo helping to manage what has turned out to be a big part of my boy and family health is a relief.
Angela (the tech) is amazing. never less then the best. Always asks the right questions. Always professional.”

“I always have a good experience at this location. Pharmacist and pharmacy staff are outstanding (I see them the most). When I need to interact with the rest of the store staff, they are always wonderful. Highly recommend this location as it is clean and product quantity is high.”

“We have been going to CVS Newfield for years and have always had good experiences but I am writing today because we just had a GREAT experience with one of their incredibly helpful and kind managers. He went out of his way to help us and it was so appreciated. Thank you!”

“The best pharmacy in Stamford, no contest! They always have my prescriptions ready on time, every time, and they deliver. Unlike CVS, I never have to wait in line, call multiple times, or be without my medication for days because a clerk forgot to fill my order.”

“I transferred a script over to this pharmacy from my "usual" one, and had a wonderful experience. Jenny, the pharmacist I spoke with / worked with the first time, was fantastic and friendly and helpful. Angelo, the pharmacist I spoke with the second time, was exactly the same - super friendly, helpful, etc. I would recommend this pharmacy over several other local ones.”

“Some months ago we switched from CVS and have been using Stop & Shop Bedford Street Stamford as our pharmacy. The difference is remarkable. The S&S staff are pleasant and they are available. At CVS we suffered long waits in line, diffident sales people and pharmacists with whom we never could speak. S&S pharmacy is so much better and affords an easier interaction.”

“The pharmacies, at many of your stores, are horrible. The staff does their best to keep up in most circumstances, but obviously there aren't enough of them to keep lines short and prescriptions filled. My doctor called in 2 RXs for me for bronchitis and they weren't ready for over 24 hours! My doctor was already saying that I waited too long to come in and see him, but then CVS kept me waiting another day! As many of your customers lamented with me in a line, way too long, most of them said it isn't just 1938 W. Main, it is all of them. I changed locations and it seems worse. What is going on?”

“The staff that was working today was amazing. Specially around 6pm -7pm. Came in to print photos & left them behind by accident. The girl with braids chased me down outside to make sure they were returned. Thank you so much!”

“Overall impressed. The store is well laid out, sensibly stocked, as well as extensively, with some thoughtful considerations to quite a lot of cultures.Someone has a colorful flair!!The store is clean!!There are sanitizing wipes and the staff wear masks. However no one is washing down the shopping carts you are expected to do that yourself, and some of the cashiers could smile a little more but hey I'm not shopping there for them I'm there for the selection.Overall I'm impressed and I'll keep coming back. They even have lamb, live lobsters and some really big Clams and quite a big selection of dried fruits and Nuts!!!Go get it!!”

“During the pandemic, the covered drive-through has been a Godsend. There is rarely a car in front of me, and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for an attendant to come to the window. Just wish Walgreens had a drive through closer to my house.”

“I've been going to this CVS every week for two years. Both the store and the pharmacy are fine and there's nothing wrong with them. I don't know what people expect of a drug store, but 1- and 2-star reviews that say things like "cash register people act like they're doing us a favor by selling us things" or refer to how they got their feelings hurt when buying toilet paper... not really indicative or helpful.”

“Just want to thank everyone at the 66 High Ridge CVS store for helping me out when I accidentally left my wallet behind. They went to the trouble of checking my ID and seeing whether they had a phone number for me on file, so that they could let me know, and then they kept the wallet in the office for me till I could get there. Manager Mohammed couldn't have been nicer. Thanks again for a big save!”

“Samantha Chu is a most caring and professional pharmacist! She and the members of her staff clearly strive for excellence and achieve the goal of extraordinary customer service. I highly recommend the CVS Rx at 969 High Ridge Road, Stamford CT.”

“Worst experience ever. Waiting to pick up prescription, staff is arguing among themselves and not waiting on customers on line. When staff finally finishes their argument and start waiting on customers, they stop to answer their phone and walk away. I will more all my business to CVS”

“I was at the store today, CVS @229 Hope Street in Stamford, October 15, and I was happy to see Patrick at the checkout. He has helped me a few times in the past on a Sunday, and,I’m not sure if my comments were seen by management. I am 75 years old, and, he always goes out of his way to help me. I have been in the sales and marketing in travel, hotel, and the pharmaceutical industries for over 40 years. I have always thought that if a job is well done, it should acknowledged. Thank you for having such a wonderful young man who is such an asset to your store. Roni O’Connor”

“I will now be shopping at this location, as I had the best customer service. FRIENDLY, ALWAYS SMILING AND ASKING IF I NEED HELP. The lady with the pink hair is very helpful and really made this environment worth shopping in. If you need great, friendly service check this location out and ask for the sweetest young lady Nina. She will find exactly what you are looking for”

“Efrain is the absolute best! Have never met a Walgreens employee that went that above and beyond for me! 10 out of 10 experience. We need more Efrain’s in the world!”

“Always take CVS customer service with a grain of salt lol, don’t let it affect your life, it’s just a moment in time- with that being said, came to use the copy machine to photo copy some docs for the Passport Agency down the way however it’s broken at the moment and probably won’t be fixed for a while, so if you’re in a rush going to the Passport Agency and are coming here for that, save time and go to another nearest CVS (or call before you go to make sure they’re machines work). They do take pictures though but take it easy on them, just because you’re in a rush, doesn’t mean you have to make other people feel what’s you’re feeling in the moment. Take care xoxo.”

“First let me say I am NOT a fan of CVS. If I could NEVER use them it would be to soon but unfortunately my insurance demands them for Prescriptions. With that in mind, I have been trying for over 2 months to get my medication and the fiasco between Caremark and Hope Street was ridiculous. Elizabeta at the 969 High Ridge location was WONDERFUL! SHE made it happen, she made sure I got my medication and personally called me, Hope St, my doctor and Caremark to help. I could not have done it without her help. She was calm, helpful, understanding, and over all wonderful. Thank you Elizabeta if everyone could be like you CVS wouldn't be hated as much.”

“I really wish all you whiners would quit complaining about how you got addicted to oxycontin, you hurt cancer patients and other real pain sufferers in tons of pain when you complain about these very vital medications, it is the drug ABusers fault they OD or have complications and the whiners are making everyone else in real trauma and need have a hard time getting these vital and key medications. Praise these companies for what they do stop giving them a bad rap.”
