Exceptionally honest, efficient, knowledgeable and kind— My car warranty service directed me to him, and I quickly learned why he is their Preferred Provider: I asked great questions in our initial discussion, promptly and thoroughly examined the car, told me a few key things that I needed to understand about how my car worked, but then honestly advised that nothing actually needed repair and declined to be reimbursed for his time.

My college age daughter and her friends were on way to the City. Their car started smoking. Pennacchio’s was so good to check out the car and give them assurance about the cause.

Bob was recommended to me by a trusted source, sharing that he is honest, which he was. Bob took me in the following day, and although he had a full work load, took time to check out my car and communicated often. My car was ready a few days earlier than expected. Great guy, who takes pride in his work and very reasonably priced.
