Where is the negative rating button? The worst. I do not recommend. Appalling installation, useless support, staff lie about prices. I am using my cell service to post this review because Optimum is down again. Use anyone else. It couldn't be worse than Optimum.

Everyone at the store on High ridge road in Stamford Connecticut,Joe Manny and other coworkers were very helpful in assisting me to get cable hooked up I've been waiting for a month and they finally got it done for me they got the problem very nice people very helpful I would recommend them any day.
