I bought an 18k puzzle ring from their store as a gift for my girlfriend. First of all the ring is beautiful. Customer service is top notch. I had to guess the size and got it wrong. The exchange process was easy and fast, no questions asked no extra charges. Plus they turned it around quick enough that it got back before Christmas. Highly recommended.

Only jeweler “open” at the time when I went to drop off a watch. They close an hour before their website says on Friday I believe but they still rang me in and took care of me. Very nice owners and very engaging. Had a quick and simple watch fix that I was fine paying for but they were generous and didn’t charge me. Definitely will be recommending family and friends to this place.

Nick, and his entire staff, are the glowing definition of why small, local businesses are vital to a community.They are very personal, pay amazing attention to detail, and consistently go above & beyond for their customers. What started as a place to get our watch batteries replaced, turned into a relationship where my entire family, even outside of CT, will exclusively travel to Nick for their jewelry purchases and services - that’s how great this place is.I highly recommend you visit here, talk to Nick & his team, and shop local. I had a necklace that needed to be resized since it was too long. But I wanted to make it adjustable and add extra links so I can make it longer or shorter as needed. They fixed it super quick and the pricing was very fair! I will definitely come back if I need any jewelry repairs, or if I want to make a new purchase! Super friendly too!

I was very pleased with their service. Their rings are made very well and are beautiful, mine was sterling silver. It was the right size and very nice but I needed one a little heavier looking. They took it back with no problem and sent me another very nice ring and contacted me later to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely buy from them again.

My experience at NP Jewelers was amazing. When I walked in I could already tell it’s amazing by the aesthetic and quality. The person who was helping me in the front, Astrit, was so kind, and I felt so comfortable taking my time around him. He was very easy to talk to, and showed me all kinds of jewelry and recommended some too! He made my choices really easy by recommending jewelry, and by the way I am a horrible chooser so I am glad he did that! Nick, the owner, was also very nice when he helped me get through the purchase of my ring. He was very patient through the whole process. I also think their prices are very reasonable. The workers in the back I can tell worked very hard on the jewelry they made, because my ring looked gorgeous. I have my ring on right now, and it hasn’t caused any rash or swelling on my finger. I bought a ring the other day and I had a horrible experience with it, It caused a rash and my finger got swollen. However, this ring fits so well and comfortable on me! I highly recommend NP Jewelers, and I’m definitely coming back again!!

This is a nice place with a great variety. I went to get a ring for my sister and I was pleasantly surprised. The guy who helped me (I wish I knew his name) was really nice. He made me feel comfortable in taking my own time in picking what I liked. They have a customer in me! I highly recommend this place.
