Terrible customer service, unprofessional staff, do not come here they will do a terrible job. The group of Hispanic workers will laugh and speak rudely to you.
Cleanliness: Floor was very dirty.

They have nerve to have bad service when that place is old and dusty looking. I was turned away mid service because my toe nails are crooked & i wanted them straight.

Being that this salon is close to my house I though it was fine , this is the 3rd time that I would decline tip after them either cutting more than my cuticles or even cutting my skin and they would go right ahead and illegally take money from my card. Time and time again . Don’t wast your time here even though they don’t do a good job they will forcefully take your money from your card without you know which is completely illegal.Services: Acrylic nails

I had an appointment for 10:00. Some other lady was there trynna get her nails done at 10 but she didnt have an appointment so she was mad she had to wait until 12. I had to be out by 12 thats why i made my appointment for 10. So they tried to move me over and make me wait im like nah. So she starts taking off my nails that i have on but she rushing then somebody comes in for eyebrows she tells me to take off my nails and goes and does their eyebrows. Come back takes off the three more and then tells me to take another one off myself. Goes and does some more eye brows. Now shes filing down my nails but when she pulled my nails off she broke skin on my pinky so now im bleeding. How you gone put a nail on top of that? Another person comes in for wax she goes and does that acting like she was turning the air conditioner on. So im like yo let me pay for what she did and im out. Their like shes coming. Waiting a little longer. Some other people came in she still didnt come out i put the $20 on the desk and left. And this was the owner Esther. I cant believe. How unprofessional she was. She has never did my nails before always another lady. Ive never experienced such distasteful service.

VERY NASTY ATTITUDE!Yesterday 1/15/23 I called, and they told me they would be opened for business at 9:30 Monday morning. I was there at 9: 27, and they arrived at 9:36. Four people came out of the vehicle, only one greeted me. When I got inside, I commented about their attitude. The woman at the front aggressively told me that the person who greeted me would be the one to serve me, then they started talking in their language. The place was FILTHY!!! The garbage bin was overflowing, paper all over the floor....I stood there while they "cleaned", thinking to myself 'this should've been done yesterday, so the customer doesn't have to wait'. At 9:55 I started to say, since they told me they opened at 9:30 that's why I was there early. I was about to say if they'd told me 10, I would've come later. Barely had I started speaking when one of them rudely told me "DON'T SPEAK", which I interpret "SHUT UP". This she repeated twice. At this point I just grabbed my bag and waltzed out of there. NEVER again will I EVER even look in that direction. It's either Norwalk or the Bronx for me.

By far one of the worst nails salons I’ve ever stepped foot in. To begin, their greeting was absolutely the worst. They kept taking people before me which was very rude. I ended up leaving; Customer service sucks here. I believe you guys need to get more familiar with BLM, BLACK LIVES MATTER! I felt like I was excluded due to the color of my skin. I did not tip , in which they didn’t even deserve full payment. My 4 year old paints toes better then what they did. I donot recommend coming here!!!!Services: Manicure

First time here and it was a bad experience. The foot attendant did not scrub my foot enough so their was still dead skin. Then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay $10 for a callous treatment. What? Just use the scrubber and do your job!! The person in charge was just as useless when I voiced my concern. They looked at me like I was crazy. I didn't appreciate that they were also talking about me in their language. I may not know the language but I could tell that they were saying comments about me. Not good for business. I will never go here again!!!!

Worst salon ever they make up their own prices and hound you for tips before you can even open your mouth and say here you go. I recommend going to everlasting they are way better I will never come to this salon againServices: Manicure

Came in to get an acrylic set, recommended by my sister. I got my nails done by this young woman (only one) and she did a fantastic job! However, the reasons for my poor review were because the owner is a b**** who'd talk a lot of s*** in her language and the young woman doing my nails had to keep stopping to take care of other people who came in for eyebrows. I paid credit card and I guess since I gave the young woman a cashless tip, I overheard the owner asking her, "How much she give you? That's it?" (mind you, it was a $15 tip, my bad I didn't have cash??). I'd rather go anywhere else than this place.

To say this salon is filthy would be an understatement. Everything from the floors,m to the dirty bottles of lotion used for manicures. The staff is rude and acts completely unbothered when customers come in. Three workers sitting at their stations on their iPhones as customers are waiting. They take credit card but then snippily demand cash with no prior warning. Save yourself a trip and pay double somewhere else.
