Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I walked in to the office to get an estimate . One lady was basically laying on the table, being mad that I'm there. I ask if it's possible to paint the part that I order, she simply said that I'm cheap.
In the other shop that I went right after, they gave me estimate without a problem.
It takes nothing to be kind!

It's hard to mention good about a tow company but I will keep it honest in saying THIS tow company actually cut a new mold in my perspective. From day 1 this tow company spoke with me respectfully and professionally. My car was stuck with them for over two weeks and the worked out a phenomenal deal with me. I was happy and didn't feel like I was over charged nor taken advantage of. Great management and staffing. Just bring cash.

Exceptional quality and service throughout. My X5 has been in their care three times, and each instance has resulted in impeccable work. On one occasion, my car suffered extensive damage during an out-of-state shipment, amounting to $23,000 in repairs. Every single panel, from the front to the back, required attention. After TJ and his team finished their work, my car was restored to a showroom-level condition. You will not find anyone better.

We had to call police after the owner and his receptionist girlfriend physically lifted my post accident injured wife and threw us from the office.

Very rude. Very incompetent
BEWARE- CUTS CORNERS, RIP OFF + SCAM! They replaced my trunk but did not replace it with an M3 Badge. The car comes stock with one. I had one when I came in. Came out without one. Odd….. terrible service. 0/10 would not recommend bringing any kind of JDM to them! They literally stole my M3 Badge. Too incompetent. Second photo is Before* they stole my STOCK badge. I called advising them of the issue, the girl hung up on me. DO NOT GO HERE!!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Seriously don't take your car here. It should be called "Their way". They take any insurance, BUT I actually they're not part of most insurance networks. THE CON is they tow your car there, inspect/evaluate repair (which is double in time/cost) and if you want to remove your car to go to another repair shop, they gouge you with huge fees (5x standard rates) in order to get repairs covered at the next autobody shop. Don't believe what they tell you as they don't tell you the truth. They "strong arm" the customer and insurance to do it only their way which in turn they charge/take a lot more time and cost than is needed. Also, the owner is in charge of some type of organization in The Autobody industry to allow overcharging through legal loopholes.

After going through one of the scariest accidents of my life it was even more terrifying to think about dealing with the aftermath of insurance and rentals and all around work that had to be done on my car but with My Way Autobody it was so comforting to work with professionals that knew exactly what to do and took my life into consideration and got the job done beautifully and swiftly. Terrible service. Front reception - no follow through. Clearly they did not hire a real receptionist. They hired someone’s kid for minimum wage who doesn’t even know the basic principles of running a front desk. 0/10 Would NOT RECOMMEND. Clearly they DO NOT VET their employees.Services: Painting

Brought my car to MWAB after an accident. The repair itself was excellent. Very friendly, organized and professional. They mediated insurance, rental and other issues seamlessly. My car was returned spanking clean. Accident notwithstanding, it was a very positive experience and I am very grateful for their friendly expertise.
