The service here is so appalling that it's become a running joke in my family. The pharmacy seems incapable of filling a prescription accurately or on time, the self-service checkout literally never works, and the few workers on duty mostly seem to spend their time hiding from customers. (To be fair, I probably would, too.) On the other hand, the receipts are long enough to be used to get my fireplace going.

Pharmacy service has deteriorated in the past months. It now takes a week or 10 days for them to fill a prescription - if they can fill it at all. The staff admits to being "overwhelmed." We are in the process of transferring our prescriptions to Amazon - who get it right and deliver to our door within a day or two. CVS needs to address its staffing and customer service issues.

DO NOT USE THIS CVS or any other CVS for that matter. Calling the customer service to complain does absolutely nothing. During the past year, I have witnessed a terrible decline in getting my prescriptions or getting them in a timely manner. I have to make several trips to pick up much needed prescriptions, only to find out that they still aren't ready for pickup, even though they told me to come back on a particular day and time and they would be ready. I have been without a very important medication for my kidney disease because of some glitch CVS is experiencing -- they keep telling me that they have it ready, and it will be available for pickup until July 8, 2023; it's now November 11th, and I still can't get them to correct the issue. Thankfully, my urologist is giving me samples. As I am writing this, I have been on hold for 36 minutes -- they are a laughing stock. I am looking for a private pharmacy, since the reviews say Walgreens is even worse, which is unimaginable. This is extremely frightening. I can't even begin to tell you how CVS is compromising the health and well-being of all of us. One time, I picked up a prescription and took it for several days to then realize they gave me the wrong medication--God only knows what I was taking. If you're asking why I am still there, what other choices do we have? I've been doing the research, and the options are next to none. I would like to give Amazon a try; however, they don't have everything I need. What are we experiencing here? Very, very scary!!!!!!!!! I would give them a zero rating, but it won't allow you to do so.

Last straw here. We had a prescription called in on 5/16, went to pick up today and was told they don't have it in stock. When asked why we weren't notified, she told us that it was ordered and that's all she could do. I guess calling us to tell us they don't have it or looking into another CVS wasn't an option? When going to another CVS who didn't have it, the pharmacist there even said the woman we spoke with was giving an attitude to her also. Not to mention that we have to check out our own purchases there, which is kind of frustrating. Pay somebody to do it.

Wished I'd read reviews before I ever stated going to CVS because I thought it was convenient with their app and drive-through. Boy was I wrong. The app seldom has my prescription orders correct so must call the pharmacy to check if they are ready and that takes a minimum of 30 minutes on hold if they don't hang up on you first. The pharmacist who should be there professional is unhelpful and twice has given me incorrect advise according to melt doctor. I have finally switched to a locally owned pharmacy (Norwalk pharmacy) and am much happier. I did send my complaint to customer service and they didn't even bother to respond to me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Supper slow and terrible service. Made an appointment for my flu and COVID vaccine. I show up with my confirmation printed and they tell me they don't have me in the system and there is nothing they can do. Anytime I get my medication from here, it takes over 30 minutes. They are slow and rude. Don't go here.

Absolutely impossible to get ahold of anyone over the phone. And the line to wait in for the drive through pharmacy is outrageous. I waited 30 min in line and they told me my prescription wasn't ready, when I was told two days prior it was! Go ANYWHERE but here, extremely poorly managed.

Wated 50 minutes for my turn to get my pcr test, even with an appointment. The manager does not seem to know what's going on. Spoke to him twice about it, while I waited, and he has absolutely no idea. Don't come here for a covid test.

one of your workers only talks to just for talk and if knows nothings about its got on. Friday, December 18, I went to buy something at night and a worker named Mojame had told to the night manager that i had stolen something and that I left without paying for it. The annoying manager was in the rudest way, he told me to come in and because he wants to check my backpack, he say take out all you have inside then went i did that then he told me that i have to returned the product that i had stolen from the store me until I showed him the receive where i had paid. then he got relaxed. Before criticizing and pointing fingers at people, you need to make sure that they did something that you think you saw was done. please manager see your workers it's not the first time that I buy something there I go frequently I mojame saw me many times.

Every time I call, I'm on hold for 30+ minutes. They never answer phones. I've called every day for a week straight and each time have been left on hold for that long. Ridiculous.

This place and almost all CVS stores have no business being in pharmacy biz. One day Amazon will blow every CVS/Walgreens out of biz. They have terrible systems! 7 hours ago my doc calls in a prescription. These idiots are so backed up they are working on weekend prescriptions still! Why are they in this business? The local pharmacies are gone where you actually got service. Going to a CVS (or Walgreens) is a remarkably distasteful experience. Amazon, hustle up...this is low hanging fruit coming your way
