“I was supposed to get a survey to fill out about my experience, but I never received it, and I really wanted to make sure Izzy gets the recognition she deserves.
She was honestly so kind and patient with me. She took her time explaining everything, answered all my questions, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. You can tell she genuinely cares and isn’t just trying to rush people through.
It’s not every day you deal with someone who’s both knowledgeable and actually nice about it. Izzy made a frustrating situation so much easier, and I really appreciated that.
