“I worked with this store when I switched from Verizon to AT&T last year and the service for moving over my family was good. A few months later, I noticed that one of the promotions was never applied to my bill. After being told many times it would be taken care of by the store manager, I was very disappointed when nothing was ever done to resolve the matter.
I recently went into the store and met the new manager, Juan Olivarez. After a short conversation explaining the issue, he assured me he’d look into it and work to get it resolved. After waiting months, he had the credit applied within a week and text me directly to confirm it was done. It’s so refreshing to do business with someone at a big company who actually does what they say they’re going to do. I will continue doing business with this store, especially so long as Juan is these!”
“Initially I was not acknowledged as a customer. However the customer service was great after that. There were some technical problems with setting up a new phone but they were very very patient. Justin and others stayed with me and got me thru the process! I recommend them highly and I understand they are working on the “welcoming committee” ?”

“We recently upgraded both of our phones to A15 5 G Android. Unfortunately mine freezes up about twice a week. We went over & they ordered a replacement! Thank you.
When it freezes you can't open the screen, make or receive calls. The phone can't even be restarted ! My issue is really with Samsung.
There is only one person in the store, so go at an off hour. The salesperson , Dave , was very helpful & knowledgeable.”
“Got my broken phone screen fixed here. The job was priced reasonably, and they had it done before I even came back to get it. They even threw a case in for free! I don’t think they deserve those bad reviews. I will be taking all my devices here to be fixed”

“Went in bc my phone wasn't working properly and wanted to know my options. The staff was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and helped me find the best option. Every technical road bump they smoothed over easily. I was helped by Tati, who, while porting my old phone to my new one, made that boring process very enjoyable. And during that time, the entire staff was noticeably attentive to everyone who came in. I highly recommend this location.”
