Car was placed into service on the slow side. I was able to walk to coffee place 3 blocks away and back in the rain, before my car was moved into service. The service agent Laurie was great, and kept me in good spirts while I waited.

I arrived early without an appointment with an unknown noise coming from under the hood. I was to leave on a 1500 mile trip two days later and was worried something was going to fail while traveling and leave me stranded. Your service writer listened to my concerns and got my vehicle in for diagnosis with one of your technicians. Your technician was able to isolate and locate the issue, a fraying serpentine belt and tension pulley also about to fail. This clearly would have left me stranded had it failed on the highway. Thanks to everyone involved for fixing this issue quickly and saving me from a certain headache.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Minchin Buick for about eight (8) years. I leased two Buick Enclaves and bought the second one off the lease. They are undoubtedly the best cars I've ever owned (durable, safe, comfortable, great gas mileage and affordable). I recently had to bring my car in for service and Manny was outstanding. He was extremely helpful and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure I had a loaner car over the holiday weekend. Manny called me with every update and made sure I was aware of every detail. I also want to thank Leon our salesman for both cars. He is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Every time that my husband and I go in for service, we always make sure to go say hi. He is a true gentlemen and the best car salesman around!!
