My experience with Miller Motor Cars has unfortunately been quite disappointing. I found myself bouncing around between their locations in Stamford, Westport, and Greenwich, which led to a fragmented and frustrating experience. Despite my efforts to have my vehicle repaired, they have been unable to address the issue satisfactorily, returning it to me in the same condition it was in when I initially brought it to them.
One of the most disheartening aspects of my interactions with Miller Motor Cars is their treatment of customers who request loaner cars. Despite the fact that they profit from the services they perform, they make individuals feel like second-class citizens if they haven't purchased a car from them. This attitude is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service.
Overall, once my current issue is resolved, I have no intention of returning to Miller Motor Cars in the CT area. They have much to learn about providing quality customer service and fostering positive relationships with all clients, regardless of whether they've made a purchase from them.

I dropped my 2015 Bentley Gt off here a few months back because I had a check engine light. They kept my car for almost three weeks just to tell me they don’t have the part in stock to fix it. At this point I wanted to order the part Just to have the service guy (John) say “oh no when it becomes available we will call you”. It’s been months and I never got the call back. Months go by and I decide to give this service place another shot because Long Island is quite far for me. I make an appointment for Wednesday 7:30 am. I dropped my car off that Tuesday night and left my key in the drop box. I receive a call from the dealership that Thursday morning asking if I would like to reschedule my appointment. I was confused by this and informed the woman that my car had been there since Tuesday night. At this point I wanted to know if my car was there, to which she replied she would call me back. I waited a hour and I called back speaking to the same woman who again said would call me back, however I was persistent in saying that I wanted to stay on the line while she located my car. I was on hold for almost a half an hour before I hung up and called right back, another women then answered the phone to whom I told that I would be calling the police she took my name and number and I got a call back 15 minutes later saying that my car was on the property but they could not find my keys, I told them I would be picking my car up and not to do any work on it. A person named Frank called me back to de escalate the situation and assure me that my car would be serviced Thursday with priority, and apologized for the inconvenience that I had been caused. I called today (Friday) at about 12:30pm to inquire about the status of my vehicle just to learn only thing they did was find out why the check engine light was on, and no service had been done to my vehicle. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had, certainly feeling like I was targeted because of my skin color, I even offered to pay extra I just wanted the job done right and clearly they were not interested in my business.

Dan Palchik is a terrible service advisor/manager! This review is in regards to the Service Center, which is where I brought my 2012 McLaren MP4-12C to be serviced and have some work done after purchasing it. I bought my 12c out of state, as it was from Ohio, so I scheduled to bring it in to Miller Motorcars to have some work done, as well as an inspection so that I may purchase an extended warranty for my car. What a regrettable mistake that was! I will never come here again...EVER! The work I had done included a full-car PPF, Window Tint, and an inspection which led into purchasing a warranty. First off, every single time I was quoted the day that the car would be done by, I called the day before to confirm, and was always told that "they didn't get to it yet." What was supposed to be a 10-day job, which is what Dan told me in person when I brought it in, ended up being a 24-day job. You don't even know if there are any delays, because even when they say that they will call you in ten minutes to let you know what time or day, they never do. And what happens when you call back? "Oh, I forgot. I'll look into that." By far the most unreliable experience I've had at any dealership. I was even told that the car would be done "by tomorrow 10:00am, so come then", took a 2-hour bus and train ride, only for Dan to say "oh...I thought I sent you an email saying that they didn't even start doing your window tint yet, so you should give it another day or two." I mean, really?! Fortunately they ended up towing it to me on their dime, which is obviously the right thing to do since I made that trip, but this all could have been avoided if they just learned some communication. The PPF I have no complaints of. I requested to have my side-windows and windshield tinted. Dan says that my side-windows are already tinted so that he can't do it (they obviously were not tinted). The windshield tint I requested was a 50% tint, yet even after confirmation, somehow it came out to be a 60% window tint. Of course, now I have an appointment for getting it re-tinted elsewhere at the end of the month. When the warranty was paid for, I requested multiple times for the breakdown for what it covered, and they didn't send it. They just sent a copy of the receipt, which I previously confirmed I had, but the coverage portion I did not. Finally they sent it, but at this point, it was more of a "finally...now I have no more need for this place." Unlike those car building shows on TV where they do so much work in such a little amount of time and just meet the deadline, Miller Motorcars does so little work in such a long amount of time and never meets the deadline. I literally pay out of pocket to have my McLaren towed elsewhere for service when it's needed, just so that it doesn't come here. If that doesn't say how bad this place is for service, then I don't know what will. I would also like to add that I am fully aware of labor shortages and parts shortages, not just in the automobile industry, but in every industry. I would have no problem with waiting, so long as that was the reason for delays. However, my reason for delays was simply a lack of consideration and terrible communication. Additionally, I would prefer to wait a little longer for a quality product, than not wait for a "get-me-by" product. Sadly, this was a wait for a low quality product/experience.

Stopped in today - Met Alex in sales - after he clearly knew that I was a client of another Ferrari Store and not there to buy anything he spent over an hour with me showing me the dealership and his inventory as well as some special cars - he is beyond professional and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car - a true gentleman in the finest example of the word...

Brought my car to miller twice now, for maintenance and service. I'm very happy to say, they are honest, reliable, knowledgeable. Not the cheapest garage in town, but definitely quality result. I am impressed and will recommend them for exotic cars owners.
