No stars. I went to play lotto today. I gave the cashier the money which also had 4 quarters. He dropped it between the register and started spazzing out. He was yelling at me, a grown woman, like I was a child. I just looked at him. He was saying I need to put the money in his hand (which I did). I said don't worry I won't be back and he said "I dkn't care." I never carry cash so I didn't want to leave with the tickets to get more change in the car and him claim I'm stealing. I tried to move the stuff out the way to retrieve the quarters and he slammed the 3.50 down waiting for the other .50 cents. I looked at my brother and apologized that I had never been there. So my brother gave the guy a $20. He gave my brother back $17.50 even though he already had $3.50 and the .50 he would let me retrieve in his clutter of a counter are. My brother should have gotten 19.50 back so this store in turned ripped us off. My total was $4. Regardless, the layout was weird and it stunk. Please do business anywhere else. Thanks

In 2020 they only accept cash. I know it’s funny to the younger audience that a cash only business exists. Parents bring them here to show them what a cash only business becomes.Stay in school kids. Otherwise you will run a “Midtown News”.Hopefully the recent situation forces new ownership of the business; otherwise say away.

It's a convenient little store if you live in the area, but it only accepts cash, isn't super clean, and has a lot of people hanging out playing lottery games at night. Ok selection, but check expiration dates.

What kind of store that's small, doesn't accept cards as payments? That's bad for buisness. Cash only for corner store? In the middle of downtown summer st...horrible customer service with aggressive attitude no wonder it's 2.0 rating.

Very uncivil customer service and i experienced the most disrespectful treatment i ever experience in my life as a customer. I didnt say anything to the indian guy that works there i just left very embarrassed.
