Amazing service very quick and very detail oriented had no issues store manager Ismail explain to me everything that was going on and the car was ready within three hours. After I give them approval to do the work only took 3 hours to complete. No issues. recommend this place and definitely will come back for all my auto care needs.

I have been going to Midas for a number of years. Different employees means a different level of service as I experienced today. They send out coupons for various services. I brought my car in for an oil and filter change with a coupon that stated synthetic oil blend for $29.99. It had nothing to do with synthetic oil which I needed in my car, so synthetic oil blend for $29.99 turned into $80.00 for synthetic oil. I asked why the coupon uses the term synthetic. I was told “I don’t know.” They need to stop using that word in their coupon. It was misleading. I paid for the service and when I was finished the mechanic pulled my car out of the garage and bid me a good day. When I got home I realized I wasn’t given a receipt. I called them and got Jarrod. He asked me if I paid. I said yes and that I should have been given a receipt. He said to me it was on the counter and what do I want him to do about it. Really??? I would like the actual receipt but the best I could get is an emailed receipt. There was absolutely no apology, no nothing. I’m annoyed to the point that in the future I'm going elsewhere for service. I’m intolerant of indifferent rude behavior and misleading coupons.

I recently had a great experience at Midas Auto Repair. The store manager, Ismail, was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure my car was well taken care of. The service was top-notch, and I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Ismail and the entire team . Highly recommended!

The team at Midas Stamford goes above and beyond. I worked with Ismail the store manager and Jared the mechanic. Their service was exceptional! I will only be taking my car to their shop from now on. I dealt with Ismail. He and his colleague were friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. They didn’t talk down to me and they took the time to show me on my vehicle what was wrong and thoroughly explained how they could fix it. Called me to confirm solution and an estimate of the cost. Would highly recommend.

I was in last week for an oil change. Not only was it $100 but now my oil is low because it has been leaking due to a horrible service job (either they didn’t do it right or they didn’t change the filter or something…) thank god I figured this out before it effected my engine. Now I need to figure out how to fix the situation and I can’t drive my car until I do. EXTREMELY UPSET. This should NOT happen for a routine car service!!!!!!!!!Update: the oil is now POURING out of the engine (see photo). HORRIBLE!!!! BEWARE!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!! I now need to call AAA to get the car towed so my engine doesn’t get totaled.Service: Oil change

Don’t go here. Went to this garage out of convenience due to its proximity to downtown. A simple job of replacing brake pads turned into over $800 of services I did not ask for. Was quoted at a vastly different price. Go to literally any other garage for better pricing and service. They are not honest people.Service: Brakes
