We went in today to swap our tablet we have with a plan. The tablet stopped charging and I wanted to exchange it. The service was bad because first the cashier didn't have great customer service. He had our information wrong in the system, didn't give us a receipt for our transaction, had an attitude, left the tablet in another language we didn't understand & finally put insurance on a device that we didn't ask him to. 0/10 service. Never go to this location. Go to the one on West Main. Actually competent people working there.

I never wait more than 30mins and brought two phones in the last 2 months. One for my mother and another for a friend in need. Amazing service

Listen. I love metro PCS. But this is the worst metro I have ever been too. Just go totthe one in the mall. The mall is literally down the street. The main lady that's always there is very rude. My phone is not charging. She just grabbed a receipt paper. Wrote the inainsura number down. Said call them and carried ono with her conversation. Horrible, horrible customer service.

DONT GO THERE!!!i went yesterday tryd to buy samsung j7 which costs 149.99 online if you have a line already and i did,cuz i broke my phone and just wanted to change.girl tried to charge me 260$.then i webt to the one on east main st and i payd 160 with taxes and cover.THAT GIRL NEEDS TO BE ARRESTED!!!

The lady that works there was very rude to us her customers and just wasn't very nice and started raising her voice at us. This happened Saturday August 4, at 3:30 pm.

I think everyone should avoid this metro pcs. I was standing there when they took advantage of these none English speaking customer. There are very disgusting human beings. They charge different from any metro pcs, they never give the discount on the phone, they ask everyone of where you are from to identify your English level so they know you will not get them in trouble. The guy with the side bang I believe and the girl with too much makeup are two crooks. There's this one girl who helped me once with nothing to complain about she even tried to help me save and I ended up getting a phone I didn't really need cause she was really genuine without being pushy like those two thieves whose willing to take advantage of whoever walks to store, especially the older foreigners and the younger adults. They need to close that store or fired those people if it's not their business. SO UNFAIR

I gave 1 star because there is no option to give a zero. We are Metro PCS clients for more than 8 years and all the time we are receiving the worst customer service (I just review this store in particular).They are so rude, so disrespectful, they treat customers as if they are ignorant just because some of them doesn't speak English and even that if I do speak English, they want to take advantage of everybody giving differente and higher prices than the other Metro PCS dealers and the prices that are reflected on the official website. Every time I try to call nobody answer the phone. I few days back I stopped by and want to buy a SIM card to activate my daughter's new phone and I already knew the correct price $10 because I called the website and I saw it and they told me that they are not selling SIM card on internet anymore just in the stores so when I asked how much was the price the rude young lady told me that the cost was $35 plus activation $25 and the total was $60!!!!! OMG. I told the lady that she was wrong and she was so rude telling me that I do not listen to her and putting her finger in her ear as I was deaf or with a disability. I took my phone and I went to Metro PCS authorized dealer in Stamford Mall and they just charged me $10 dollars +tax for the SIM card and of course with my monthly plan. $60 vs. $10 !!!!!!! Can you imagine how many customers they are taking advantage of????? BEWARE!!!! DO NOT LET THEM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!! If you want to do bussiness with Metro PCS I recommend the dealer at the mall. What a wonderful and respectful guys. I know they are new in bussiness but I hope they will have the great service for so many years and I do not have to deal with this store in East Main St. That also were trying to persuade me for make deals with the new store telling me that is not an authorized dealer and I will have problems with them in the future just because they just opened the store and they are doing great.
