I've ordered now two "certified refurbished" Samsung Q60T TVs from MBS via eBay with MBS operating under the username "deal_train", and both of them were defective out of the box. Both have a blue streak on the screen. Although they're stamped refurbished on the box and on the serial number sticker, it is quite clear these never actually had their defective LCD panels replaced.

Such an amazing experience! I had an old MacBook that simply stopped working. I went to bestbuy and the Apple Store and no one could fix it. I then spoke to an associate, Anthony, and he said they would give it a try.. within days , my laptop was fixed and better then new!! I couldn't be happier!!

I received a refurbished iPad for my golf instruction business from this supplier and the iPad has been flawless for over a year now. I don't think I will ever pay full price for another iPad again.

While I was apprehensive in buying a refurbished computer, several "computer knowledgeable" people told me that it would be ok. After I made the purchase I saw several bad reviews for the company Metro Business Systems. Then I was really worried. However all went well. I will admit that a few specs were different than what was listed. The processor was 3.4mhz instead of 3.9mhz. But ram memory, which I was concerned about, was 16mb instead of 12mb. I did receive a wireless mouse and keyboard instead of usb devices. I hardly think that's a bad thing. I had an easy time of setting up the computer and it has run zoomy fast, which is what I wanted. I am very happy with my purchase!

I was sent the wrong model Dell Precision M4700, and I did not get any response after I contacted them until 2 days later. When they finally did respond, I was told that someone would help me shortly. I guess shortly means half a day later. I was then told I could have the return ready to go after just a few documents were put together on their end. 9 hours later, still no documents. Seriously unhappy, especially considering I needed the correct model delivered on time so I could finish some mission critical work. Now I am set back, and frustrated.
