Sales man was helpful and we were able to get what we needed and delivered the next morning! Delivery drivers were awesome brought matress to the door and even offered to help me carry it upstairs. Everyone was polite and prices were reasonable.

We worked with Rome Johnson at the store. He was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We got a bed that we are happy with and Rome made sure to get all discounts that applies to our purchase. I would recommend the store and Rome.

I have been shopping around for a mattress and stopped at the Ridgeway Mattress Firm on Summer St. I was helped by A.J. who immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable. My boyfriend and I went to mattress firm to purchase a new mattress. We were greeted by the manager AJ, who guided us through all of our questions and needs. He was so knowledgable, funny and friendly, making the experience so awesome and exciting!

A.J. was amazing. He was so patient with us considering we had to bring 2 kids with us who would not cooperate at first. He informed us on all the mattress and even on the adjustable bases. We ended up being beyond happy and at first did not expect to purchase that day but we know he was giving us a good deal and was so kind. I will be going back there and recommending you guys because of AJ alone

Excellent service, very informative and the gentleman obviously knows his inventory. Extremely knowledgeable and receptive while giving us an array of information to alleviate any stress to narrowing down our selection. I would recommend a friend to this store for sure!

I am mortified at my experience here. The gentlemen who has been there for 5 months helped me and when I walked in he was napping on one of the mattresses. Not off to a good start.
He was kind and helpful to the best of his ability, but he tried to take me for a ride. He only showed me the most expensive things. While I understand they have to meet a quota, it was fairly obvious, and not a personal interaction at all.
Even with all of that, I still was going to buy until the END. This dude just made up numbers. When he saw I wasn’t satisfied and asked for the breakdown, he REFUSED to show it to me / keep knocking off money. What? Do you think I trust you? I was disgusted with the entire experience
Nevertheless - I went to mattress firm in high ridge and they redeemed the whole company in my opinion. Not that they need my money remotely, but I did spend $5000 which is a hefty amount.
DO NOT GO TO THE RIDGEWAY STORE. Dirty, disgusting & unprofessional.

I cannot recommend this store enough! My husband and I wanted to upgrade our bed in the next few weeks so we stopped in to get an idea of what we were looking for. We were helped by Dex, who was absolutely wonderful. We didn’t really know exactly what we wanted so he had us try a few that helped us figure out what kind of bed we were looking for. Then he led us to the bed of our dreams. We both fell in love with it right away. He didn’t try to pressure us or try to get us to go out of the price range we felt comfortable with, which we made us want to act quickly. After we left, we decided we didn’t want to wait and came back the next day to complete our purchase and are very happy we did.
