Very bad service and delivery! Our shipment took more than two months to arrive and they did not deliver it to the door of the house, we had to go pick it up at another very remote place. They gave us several excuses that had no validity or meaning. On top of that, they wanted to charge us more to leave it where it was agreed. The truth is, very bad service.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My family sent a shipment in January 2023…..it is now May 2024 and it never arrived to the final destination. This company does not take responsibility and when asked about it, they say the shipment is being “held” in Honduras and we have to pay more money to get it delivered! What nonsense is that? My family has already paid a hefty amount to get it shipped in the first place! Please take your business elsewhere. Also, this company does not have a 4.9 rating. They have removed all of their negative reviews that they had because this isn’t the first time they don’t deliver people’s packages. Horrible business!

Not at all, very bad service and terrible attitude on the part of its employees, I wish the owner saw my review, so that he could help me solve my problem since the staff only knows how to blame other parcel companies and they do not give an answer in concrete. I have been waiting for a shipment since November and they bring me nothing but lies.
