Had an awesome experience with Mandi Auto Body! New in town, and was having issues with the insurance adjustor. Mandi professionally handled the situation start to finish, and brought my car back in immaculate condition. Phenomenal job, thank you, and would highly recommend to a friend!

I would say the before and after photos speak for themselves, the team at Mandi Auto Body are absolute professional in collision repair! When I dealt with Kevin he was also very professional very honest and very helpful. He made it very clear that him and his team have been going through a busy season and still delivered a professional finish when promised! Something I haven’t experienced before when dealing with auto body repair. Definitely recommend these guys for anyone who’s looking for a perfect finish when repairing their vehicles!Service: Body & Trim

Our car got rear-ended, and we were referred to Mandi's by the insurance company. Marcia and Kevin took great care of us. Easy scheduling and excellent communication. The paint job on the bumper had a slight imperfection, but they fixed it right away. Now everything is perfect, and we're very happy to have our car back looking good as new!

Extremely unpleasant experience with front desk staff. The lady that was in charge, was so rude and did not even want to provide quote for repair. Telling me almost yelling that she is not interested in providing quote. First time having this type of customer experience. Do not recommend to have any business with them unless they will change front desk stuff. Awful.Service: Body & Trim

I recently got rear-ended in a parking lot in my brand new 2020 volvo. Damage was worse money-wise than it actually looked, and i was getting quotes that i just couldn't afford right now since i put such a large down payment on the car not long ago. Kevin was very kind and explained all my choices when it came to getting certain parts fixed vs waiting. I am very happy with the work and will be back to have them finish the job once i can save a little more money! Thank you Kevin!

I have just picked up my car from Mandi's for repairs that I had done after an accident. I couldn't have been happier with the service or the repairs. I have taken my families cars there for years and have recommended it to many of my friends. They were all very happy with the work that was done. Marcia is efficient and precise. The estimate was right on. They said it might take 3 days and it was done in a 1 1/2 days. Thank you Mandi's for another job well done!

Caveat Emptor! (Buyer Beware). Had some repairs done at this shop years ago and was very pleased. But something has changed. Maybe it's Marcia. In the past my dealings were with her husband, or brother, or I don't know who, but it was a completely different experience. Recently brought a Jeep Compass in with front end damage on the passenger side. She gave an estimate for $4,800 v. another shop at $4,500. She said maybe there was some hidden damage that she couldn't see until they took the car apart, specifically mentioning the radiator frame. Based on previous experience I decided to have Mandi do the work even though the estimate was a few hundred dollars more. Waited 2 weeks to drop off the car because of their schedule. Dropped the car off this morning. Within a couple of hours I got a call that they had taken it apart and now the price was $6,100. WHAT? 30% more? I'm picking the car up and taking it somewhere else. This is the type of business tactics that give auto shops a bad reputation. I'm sure if they bother reading this Marcia will say I said there may be additional damage that couldn't be seen. Maybe. But if they're off by 30% when making an estimate, maybe they're in the wrong business. Let's see how it goes with the shop that quoted $4,500.
