When buying a car it can be stressful I wasn’t at all because of TJ.He was phenomenal he helped me resolve my issue in purchasing a new car. Very polite and understanding.All questions asked were answered correctly and professionally. If you need a car new or used, he is your guy. 5/5 stars thank you TJ truly for your time and patience. My mother was having problems with connecting her phone. So she stopped by to see if they could figure out the problem. TJ was there to our aid! He took care of the problem swiftly and efficiently. She asked my to fill out this review because she didn't know how to. 10/10 Service. Thank you everyone!

Very transparent and straightforward when buying a vehicle. TJ went out of his way to ensure our time demands were met and handled us with complete honesty, very happy with his service quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you are looking to minimize the hassle of buying a car.

Scott is great!! He is professional who is very engaging throughout the sales process. He yearns to learn more about his clients, to better understand their wants and needs, and otherwise is genuine and truly cares. You won’t find another like him in car sales. Scott has been so helpful from the beginning! He quickly got numbers together on a Thursday night when I randomly showed up, he stayed in communication via text the next couple of days which was so convenient and really adhered to my budget and my needs in a car. Literally ZERO complaints! And now have my second car from Kia of Stamford.

I rarely find a reason to write a review (positive or negative), but we had such a great experience at Kia of Stamford, that I felt the need. We visited this past Saturday to look at a used car for my mother. The first car she's bought in almost 20 years. We had the pleasure of working with Steve Kokkinidis who was nothing short of spectacular. He was patient and helped us through the entire process. Even down to his help with the insurance company updating the policy. If you visit Kia of Stamford, do yourself a favor and ask for Steven.

Leo is the best! His calm, honest, patient and supportive demeanor made my buying experience a pleasure. In the past, I’ve avoided going to dealerships because of how pushy and inauthentic some salespeople can be — this was not the case with Leo. His approach made me want to buy from him! While I didn't end up buying a vehicle here I had a great experience! Talked to Nick on the phone prior to getting to the dealership after test driving a Kia sorrento elsewhere. He was able to give me a number for the price of a sorrento I was looking at in stamford since we were coming from about 40 minutes away. We put a sorrento on hold with Leo that day. There's wasn't a lot of back and forth which my husband and I very much enjoyed. They were fair with negotiations and very nice and professional. Things moved very quickly and Leo would have had everything done for us the next day if we did end up buying that sorrento. I highly recommend!
