So I ordered a watch with engraving and it came back with a spelling error. We needed it to come on Friday leaving town on Sunday and it was intended for a 70th birthday gift for my dad who lives out of country and so a pretty big must have!!!The manager and staff went above and beyond, took a responsibility and did the right thing. The manager personally drove to MA to get the new watch engraved correctly in just one day, service that usually takes 3-10 days. He made it back as promised the very next day and we are sooo grateful and so happy with the end result. We are Key Jewelers customers for a lifetime!

I have been thinking of treating myself but never got a chance to go to the store then I came across one of Mimi’s posts on Facebook and I called and scheduled an appointment. She was so kind, professional, and helpful. She helped my husband picked out the best pieces that match my lifestyle and budget.I highly recommend Kay at the Stamford. Great staff and very helpful.

Terrible customer service from their assistant manager. I bought a watch at the Foxwoods Tanger Outlets Kay and needed it resized by 2 links. They couldn’t find my purchase through their portal and charged me 40$ for the watch. Very disappointed, try your luck at other jewelers. I work in management and I am aware that managers can do what they want to fix an issue. When I was in there they were rude and disrespectful. Thank god the place was empty. If you you’re purchasing a protection plan be careful as they will not find it nor try to find it.

Trash. Walked in and didn't get a greeting, after 20 minutes they approached me telling me if I'm buying something and I said yes i was looking to, and they put me aside and basically told me I can't get a sizing on my finger because I can't purchase it. Meanwhile how would they know? I have money to purchase, why would I walk in if I didn't?
