I was new to CrossFit and didn't quite know what to expect. I joined on a recommendation from a friend and very happy with the results. It has been a tremendous experience. The coaches are great, supportive and motivating, and the programming is varied and dynamic. I highly recommend

Hybrid Athletics is a 12 year CrossFit affiliate owned and operated by 4 time CF Games Athlete, Rob Orlando. Anyone is welcome to join regardless of ability, age, strength, or gender. We scale every movement for each person in class. Only requirement is that each member is sufficiently motivated to improve.
