“This place is HUGE! They have everything you will possibly need for home improvement, gardening, etc. I also brought my dog here once when he was a puppy, and everyone treated him with respect. The staff are very helpful, and they offer lots of services, such as cutting wood to specific lengths. One complaint is that the check-out line can be confusing and the self checkout often doesn't work well.”

she designed my master bedroom walk-in closet beautifully. She incorporated the things I wanted while also sticking to my budget. The installation went smoothly. The office manager Melissa was also very efficient.”
“Carlos did an amazing job. A mold company tore up my kitchen and left me with no lower cabinets or countertop. Carlos found the right cabinets and a nice countertop, and he finished everything in just one day. He was very clean, careful, and exact. I highly recommend him. I came in while dealing with a stressful situation with my elderly father and needed new doorknobs. Adam didn’t just point me in the right direction- he personally helped me find the perfect fit for my doors and showed me so much kindness and understanding in the process. That meant more to me than he probably realizes.

“Had to get 2 different colors of paint. They exactly matched both colors on the spot. Also picked up some supplies for painting. The service was friendly and extremely professional.The store is so huge, it did take a bit to find the paint section. From what I could tell this place has it all, and not in a big box store way.P. S. The prices were very reasonable.”

“Today I had the pleasure of meeting a great employee in the appliance department, his name is Hollywood.
I have to say he went above and beyond helping us find the correct appliance , also a workbench that wasn't even part of his department.
The knowledge he provided on top of his great attitude and professionalism makes me want to look for him next time I need anything from Home Depot.
This guy deserves to be recognized, he's truly out there doing his best to help the customer in any way possible.

“I just moved to a new home and I had to make quite a few purchases, out of which some, inevitably, ended up being returned. The process of either buying or returning was made easy by the employees that I dealt with. I should mention Shane, first of all, because he helped me with both, on various occasions. He's always polite, friendly and helpful. Martin is also worth mentioning, because he, too, assisted me multiple times with questions or with finding items. He's always around, always with a smile and a positive demeanor. And, when something was not his specialty, he didn't hesitate to call for backup. Jerry (or Gerry) is another employee that did make an effort when I looked for a specific product (a specific cabinet hinge); he was patient and courteous. Lastly, and pardon me if the name is misspelled, the girls in the window treatment section, Dharvu or something like that (Indian name) was really awesome, too. I had quite a few questions, so I must have been annoying, but she was a sweetheart through and through. She guided me to the best of her ability, she explained things, and she did everything she could to help me. These employees have stood out for me for these last two weeks and they have made the stress of moving more bearable, because now I know I have someone to go to when things get tricky.”
“I entered the store on Friday May 17, 2024 looking for a shaker door that the website said was in stock. There was a total of 3 in stock as per the website. I checked in the aisles and on top for the sku number but I didn’t find what I was looking for.
Brendon (or Brandon.. I forget) came up to me and asked if I needed help. I showed him what I was looking for and he scanned it. He had located the door in another aisle all the way on top. He didn’t hesitate at all to help me and he even shut down the aisle to grab me the last door they had. Thanks to this kind young man who went above and beyond to make sure I received the door.
The customer service in this store is excellent !! Some of the other locations should take notes (lol).”
