Kelly is the most nurturing yoga instructor I have ever had! I was overweight and hadn’t practiced in a while and Kelly met me exactly where I was and gently inspired me to go further with my practice. I now practice 5 days a week thanks to the foundation she built for me. Her kindness knows no bounds!

Kelly's private yoga sessions are both energizing and relaxing at the same time. Her sessions focus on the breath thereby keeping you mindful of the moment bringing about serenity of mind. I've experienced her vinyasa sessions and gentle flow sessions and both are wonderful. Two years ago I took prenatal yoga sessions which kept me fit and healthy during my pregnancy. She is definitely one of the best:)
