Staff could not understand me and provide good service. Really difficult to communicate. Was really hoping this would be a great addition to the neighborhood. Some products are great but they don’t have any thing that would keep me coming back despite poor service

Their prepared food is amazing! Everything I have had so far tastes delicious and fresh. Their chicken turmeric soup is great for the cold weather! Great option when you don't want takeout but don't feel like cooking.

I come in this store a lot, I wanted to leave a review to let you guys know that the older Spanish gentleman who is always working at the front checkout has to be one of the friendliest people I’ve encountered. It can be five mins before closing and this guy has the biggest smile and always happy to help. Please know how good of a worker you guys have, it’s hard these days to find good help and this guy is amazing

As a frequent customer of the local organic market, I am deeply disappointed by the recent decline in the quality of service and overall atmosphere. It's disheartening to witness the lack of enthusiasm and dedication from the employees who seem to be there merely out of obligation, rather than a genuine passion for the products they sell.One glaring issue is the frequent absence of employees at the register. There have been instances where I've had to wait for an extended period of time just to pay for my purchases. It's frustrating to see empty registers and no one in sight, especially when there are customers in need of assistance. This lack of attention to customer service creates an impression that our patronage is not valued, which is disconcerting given the premium prices we pay for organic products.I have made comments to the owner and manager, but it seems like they have not cared much about it.

Harbor Point Organics impresses with its diverse, fresh produce selection. The store is conveniently located in the city center, providing easy access to healthier, organic food choices.

Not very well run or stocked. I guess that's what you can expect for the only grocery store in the area. They have a captive audience. Place would not last if there were more competition.

I have a few years living in Harbor Point and this is what we needed. What I love more about it is... walking into the store and hearing Spanish music.. love it!

Fabulous organic market. Fruits, vegetables, fresh herbs, flowers, organic chicken and meat, dairy, great cheese and salumi selection, prepared foods are amazing.

The people who run the store are really nice. There guy from Guatemala who says "hola amigo" every time I come by. That's what makes me want to keep going there. I love how they play music. And the lighting of the store is just perfect. The architecture is unique.Just everything is so over priced. $15 for a chicken when you can get one at Costco for like $5* More Food examples in the photos.* they do sell some nice ice cream sandwiches thoughDespite these prices, it's just way too convenient not to go there because it's right by all the Harbor Point Apartments. That means it's a very short walk from where I am and all the other people in my area.I'm being extremely generous with these four stars. Despite the outrageous prices. The people in the convenience and the ambiance is just way too nice.
