The inspection wait is horrible but whats worse is the small stupid spanish guy who claims to reset the count line if you didnt hear his whispers calling ticket numbers.... I left and got it done at Mobil station in 5 mins!!!

I had taken my cars to Hank May only for the emissions tests in the past, but I decided to try them for service. I found them to be extremely knowledgeable and cost conscious for the customer, offering solid, honest advice for the best course of action or repair. I will definitely be using them for service in the future.

Been going there for years for 2 cars. They are up front about any unforseen repairs. If you bring the vehicle in for an oil change and they find something else that needs repair, they call you first to ask if you want it repaired. The staff is top notch. Great group of people! Never had a problem!

5 stars, for light service, oil change, tires, brakes, alignment A/C. Zero stars for big repairs. Left vehicle with an appointment, for engine rear seal, informed it was a two day job. On day 3 no work started. I came and took my vehicle. Probably won't be back.

Outside of time where they forgot that I was waiting for almost 2 hours when my car was ready (...), I really love this location! Fritz is always so clear and communicates what is good / what needs fixing with my car and he always shares examples and visuals (since I haven't a clue) and I'm really grateful for that! My oil changes went from $60 to $100 which is super unfortunate so unless I find a cheaper alternative, I will be continuing to work with Hank Mays!

Went there for the first time to get my emissions done and was greeted by a very helpful guy whose instructions were super clear to get you in the queue as quickly as possible. Took 20 dollars cash and got my emissions done in 20 mins and gave me back the emissions results. Would highly recommend this place for getting emissions done as well as other car repairs.

Did CT emissions testing here on a Friday around noon. Didn't have to wait too long. Really nice people and they took good care of the car. See you in two years!

I've used their service many times over the years. The only thing I don't like is you have to wait sometimes over and hour to get service, especially when there is emission testing. Overall it's a fantastic establishment to get your car fixed. The staff and crew are truly wonderful

I wouldn't recommend here. Though they ultimately stood by and fix their error, the fact is that they made a troublesome error that would severely and adversely affect the value of my car as reported to the DMV and weren't happy when they got called on the error.This happened more than once as well.

This place is the biggest scam.People who work there seem to be nice and at the same time they would do any kind of dishonest work on your vehicle…. Like installing cheap aftermarket parts that fail the same day once you drive out the parking lot and still charge you as it was original part from a dealer…Would they care about their reputation?? Don’t think so but this review is for customers before they choose who to trust their vehicle and safety of their families.

Hank May's is absolutely fantastic from the sales people to the mechanics. Richie is an extremely knowledgeable individual. I have been using them over 10 years and always a positive experience.
