Absolutely awful. Bus never made it’s stop. No refund or accommodations, just a sorry there’s “nothing I can do” and here’s customer service number. Absolutely terrible, the worst transportation company in the world. Almost missed out on my brother’s graduation had to spend extra money just to get on Amtrak because I couldn’t rely on taking another greyhound. They should be ashamed of the way they handle business. UNACCEPTABLE

Nowhere to really sure , be comfortable. Especially if it's after the office close . If waiting on Greyhound bus to come, have to either stand up inside the station or sit outside in cold for bus to arrive. It's not fair for the customers.. Should build a bigger office and extend office hours .

Although thr buses frequently tend to arrive whenever they feel like it..i always feel comfortable thank to this particular employee! I cant remember her name but i do remember that she usually works the weekdays. Although very to herself.. Whenever there is a issue i watch her go above and beyond to help customers.. Im a frequent traveler to the casinos so im there often. . ive seen extremely rude entitled customers and i see pleasant ones and this agent make sure to handle each customer accordingly! Again if it wasnt for her i'd probably find another way to the casinos because again the buses are ALWAYS LATE ..but shes cool.. Cant say the same for the weekend staff
