I bought the mirrored King size bed and paid 6500.00. This was the worse purchase I have ever made. I feel like I was robbed. I saw the item online and it took 6 months for it to be delivered from Connecticut. Also charged 1000.00 for delivery. The day it was delivered it fell apart. Do not buy here unless you actually see the product. I hate this bed everyday I look at it. The woman who owns this store is from England and don’t fooled by her accent. OMG

Was beyond thrilled with my King Size French Bed, end tables and the service I received from this company. I had spotted this bed many years ago in the UK and couldn’t justify the shipping or the off size as a Canadian. I happened upon this company and was still nervous to make a purchase like this online. I called and had my first conversation of many with Gloria. She was very helpful and accommodating. When she first sent pictures of my furniture from the manufacturer before it was shipped I was in a panic. The piece was what I wanted but the finish and upholstery material didn’t appear to be what I expected and wanted. We were communicating by text and I was honest with her about my concerns. She explained that because of the finish it could appear quite different depending on the light and angle. She assured me I would be happy and if not she would order me another one and send finish samples if I was uncomfortable. She sent more pictures when it arrived from her showroom and I made arrangements to pick it up. The bed is stunning and if anything exceeded my expectations. My husband inspected it thoroughly and said the workmanship and quality is fantastic. I really was quite a difficult customer through the process and Gloria always had time for me. The packing, care and service from her employeeswas also very professional and courteous. It was a real pleasure to meet Gloria at the end of this process and I can’t thank her enough. I wish this company a lot of success and give my vote of confidence in ordering from them.

I was glad when I found a company that carries and creates custom pieces of furniture that resembled Louis XVI style. Placing an order with French Country Furniture has been a pleasant one. I ordered a gorgeous bed in stock and I am having 2 other pieces of furniture custom made. Gloria has been helpful with grand ideas for color choice and style. White glove delivery company was polite and on time when delivering the bed that came in. I am grateful and looking forward to receive delivery of the next pieces!

We recently purchased this French Chateau Queen size Bed frame. With Covid & the Shipping issues across the world we did have to wait over a year…But, boy was it worth the wait…it is absolutely Stunning! The Quality of workmanship that is displayed in this piece is Truly Awesome. Gloria, is a Gem to work with & painstakingly made sure that we received this piece crated from the East Coast to us on the West Coast in tact & well crated. I ordered a bed (not custom), 10 months ago. The delivery date keeps changing and the last I heard from them was one month ago. They told me they had to fulfill another 4 orders before they could ship my container. What the h---. If you are not in a hurry, place your order.

I am delighted with the customer service and furniture quality at French Country Furniture USA. The bedroom set I purchased for my daughter is spectacular. It's wonderful furniture. Excellent quality and workmanship and so sturdy. Such a pretty finish. Just gorgeous. It is even more beautiful than I had expected. My daughter calls it her forever furniture and says she'll be an old lady in that bed! The only thing better than the product quality is the attentive customer service. Questions are answered promptly and they take great care to anticipate any potential issues as the order is being processed. As my daughters like to say: 10 out of 10, highly recommend!!

The table that Gloria helped me order is absolutely beautiful. Fine furniture in an era when craftsmanship is a rare commodity. Of course, life’s reality now is that we are in a post COVID era when supply chain issues abound. So it did take a long time to arrive. But this was not the fault of Gloria or FCF. And ultimately, beautiful things are worth the wait. I now have it for a lifetime to enjoy. Also bears mention that Gloria was always accessible for updates on timing and a highly courteous and honest point of contact. Would go to her again for sure!!

First of all: It took 8 agonizing months from the time I ordered our bookshelf to the time it was delivered (advertised shipping time was 3-4 months).However, now that it is here, I have no regrets. It is better quality than I expected. I will probably be ordering more from this company. Even though shipping times are long, their prices are hard to beat.

I ordered a bed in July and even though it said 12-16 weeks for delivery, guess what, 6+ months later I am still waiting for it. I understand covid may have delayed things but the company will NEVER update you unless you keep asking and emailing. Last time I asked for an update I was told " we will know by tomorrow when we can get the bed to you". I purposely didn't check back as I used to, just to see if indeed they would reach out the next day and actually tell me as promised, but of course not. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They kept my deposit and never offered the curtesy to at least refund me after realizing the significant delays they were having. Unless you bug them, you will get no curtesy updates.. NONE

I love my dining room set that I purchased 6 years ago from French Country Furniture USA and my granddaughter is so excited about her new bedroom set that arrived in November. It's hard to have her leave her room now. Really happy you had this in stock and thanks for your help.

Lovely and unique furniture. I fell in love with this console, since it's a custom made it will take 4 months to receive it, unfortunately I canceled the order and I found one which I will receive by Christmas, Gloria was very helpful with the refund , I will definitely buy again from this website.

Ordered June 2020 paid 50% deposit. I have made multiple calls trying to get updates. They never updated us at all.. June 2021 I agreed to wait until Oct 2021, still no furniture, no communication. I fear this place is a scam.
