I had a great experience with Express Kitchens in Stamford to design a new laundry room. Larry worked tirelessly to create an awesome design that meets all our needs and I’m so happy with the final result. The removal and installation was so easy— it was great to know everything was in stock would be installed at once. The quality of the cabinets really exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend using Express Kitchens.

My kitchen was in desperate need of a remodel. After getting several bids, I went with Express Kitchens in Stamford.
First, they were the only place that would not do a design without someone coming out to measure and take pictures. They were flexible in making changes to the original design. They were also on budget an completed the work in a timely manner.
The selections they had were varied and unique and the cabinets were much better than big box quality.
With any project there were a few glitches that were quickly resolved.
I could not be happier with my new kitchen.
Kudos to all of the contractors who were artists at their work.

The Express Kitchens team was very responsive and helped me stay on track. The crew who came out for installation were very good -and cleaned up the resultant construction debris. Great experience.

I met with rich about 5 times regarding my kitchen cabinet. We selected a 30" sink and a peninsula and new cabinets/countertop. The original measurement guy came out and had said that he has no idea what hes measuring here. They sent a second gentleman out who never showed up. It took several follow up calls to find out when and who was coming to measure. Finally the guy measured the job about a week and a 1/2 later. Come to find out those measurements were wrong and the actual installer had to come and measure. The actual installer came and put his 1st cabinet up covering my exhaust vet and did not say anything. Then he put in a 24" kitchen sink base and nailed in the rest of my cabinets before telling me that the 30" base that I ordered was not there for the sink and he installed the 24" sync base. What the hell how did my salesman mess that up. Then they are not offering any kind of fix. The installer did a shoddy job installing my cabinets the sales people at the headquarters and the salesman rich and Stamford are taking no responsibility for messing up my 30" sink problem. This company has absolutely no accountability and no responsibility. The salesman rich did not even apologize for the mistake and did not offer us any kind of conciliation. Now we're stuck with somones mistake and some irresponsible Company not wanting to correct their problem. Thanks a lot rich thank you Annette and bill for doing absolutely nothing to fix this problem. I've called you several times you always say you'll call me back But no one calls me back and I have to call your company chasing you guys around for no answer and no resolve.When I do call and reach Annette or bill , they act angry and only offer to call me back. The circle continues. Do the right thing either give me a refund or fix my problem thank you. I hope this post reaches someone who will take the reins on this project and actually correct this problem in Stamford Connecticut. Truly no one shud be treated like this. The whole experience was and is horrible. Please call me back with a resolve asap. How pathetic...my first appointment for measurement was March 2021 , its late June now. Cmon guys pick it up and do the right thing as people. Not caring about your jobs and the company is fine, but don't screw over innocent people

As I begin to write this, I have been on hold since 2 p.m. following a phone call with someone who could not find my order. I was then forwarded to C. who pretended to assist me a few weeks ago and pretended to do so again today. We ordered a kitchen from them. it was supposed to be done in 2 days, but it took over a week and it Is still not done. One cabinet was not ready - cabinet with glass doors. A few days later we were told that the cabinet could not be installed until 4/17. Which considering the kitchen was installed end of February - this date is inexcusable. I spoke with C. a few days ago and she said it would be delivered on 3/20/19 (today). As of 1:50 p.m. TODAY it still has not been delivered. When I called her today, she actually said she would call me back in an hour, I told her I would wait ... we are now 20 minutes into that hour wait - I am still on hold. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER - MORE THAN HALF THE CABINETS ON DISPLAY WERE NO LONGER AVAILABLE! iT IS NOW 2:25 P.M. - 25 MINUTES ON HOLD. ... 2:30 P.M. - 30 MINUTES ON HOLD. ... 2:35 P.M. - 35 MINUTES ON HOLD. [HAD MY HUSBAND CALL AT THIS TIME AND C. TOLD HIM THAT SHE WOULD CALL HIM BACK IN AN HOUR TO RESEARCH WHAT WAS HAPPENING WITH LAST CABINET OF OUR ORDER] ... 2:40 P.M. - 40 MINUTES ON HOLD. ... 2:45 P.M. - 45 MINUTES ON HOLD. ... 2:50 P.M. - 50 MINUTES ON HOLD. [GUESSING SHE WILL COME BACK ON THE PHONE EXACTLY AT 3 P.M.] YUP, EXACTLY ONE HOUR SHE CAME ON AND SAID "ONE SEC..." THEN PUT ME BACK ON HOLD. ... 2:58 PM - 58 MINUTES ON HOLD ... 3:02 PM - C. gets back on the line and says she needs to reach the installer and will get back to me as soon as she reaches him. Will continue play-by-play of the most horrible customer service I have ever encountered, until the cabinet is installed. In the meantime, do not do business with Express Kitchens! By the way - have to click a star in order to post. It is not worthy of even one star.

Redoing a kitchen can be a daunting undertaking but Susie Sterzinger and the team at Express Kitchens made the process so much easier. Susie is a wonderful designer who guided me through each of my choices, explaining the trade-offs between a drawbase and a cabinet and steering me through the many, many decisions to be made in island design, countertops choices and many, many more. Michael Greer from the Stamford store also stepping in immediately to help me when Susie was on vacation, quickly addressing some ordering changes that need to be made. Everyone I worked with at Express Kitchens was helpful and kind focused on delivering the highest quality product to me in a very customer friendly way. Thanks Express Kitchens!

I could not be happier with the professional service I have received from Susie Sterzinger at the new beautiful Stamford store. She is a talented designer with a great eye. I found her easy to work with, appreciating her straight-forward approach, patience and accommodating service. Everything was timely, and I am very impressed with the quality of the product. Susie made an inherently stressful undertaking very smooth and easy.
