Just want to give a shout out to Sara Silva. I bought a pre owned vehicle. I was told that it might be difficult to insure because at one time this model had a high theft rate. Sara helped tirelessly. She did all the research. Confirmed that they could insure the vehicle and sent all the paperwork so that I could drive out of the dealership the same afternoon with a fully insured car. Thank you Sara!

This company is amazing! I had them since 2011 and the only reason I had to switch was because my insurance lapsed because I was unemployed due to COVID. I should of switched back sooner because this place has the best rates and truly makes sure you get what you pay for. They care about keeping their customers and makes sure all situations get handled in a professional manner. Skyler handled a lot of my claims and was absolutely wonderful! And Mike is the one who first signed me up for insurance and handles everything fast and courteous. This company truly cares and welcomes you back without any issues. My insurance dropped almost 50 bucks a month just by switching.

STAY AWAY!! By far the worst insurance agency. Couldn't cancel an insurance policy after 9 weeks of emailing and calling. The office screens my call and is unresponsive in emails sent with STEP BY STEP directions on how to cancel the policy. DAN TYLER AGENCY IS SHAM OF AN INSURANCE PRACTICE. RUN AWAY!! FAR AWAY from this AGENCY!!

Justin angelovic is worst agent and is ruining whatever reputation the Dan Tyler agency has. I was told Dan Tyler is out of town so Justin took my call. I told him I need a quote today and he said it is not a problem and it would be one hour. Two hours later it was 5 pm so I called him and he wouldn’t answer my phone. Still no quote. If u r not going to do the work, just say so and not waste my time and your time. I wish I could give zero stars.In reply to Dan's apology, thank you. No need to follow up with me because I went to another insurance agent and paid for a year in full. Lost business for you should be enough of a reason to address your employees. Anyway, FYI still no email from Justin and it is now two business days.....so if this is what I get as a potential customer, what should I expect once you get my money. Good luck and goodbye

I have been a satisfied customer of Dan Tyler’s State Farms business for over 20 years. Michael Coney, Sr Sales Rep, always goes above and beyond to help me get the best coverage and rates. Michael is very knowledgeable and patient and through his efforts, I was able to combine my homeowners and auto insurance and get a much lower rate. I highly recommend Michael.

I had enough with DAN TYLER Office after too many issues that were not held properly. The last one was on October 25th, 2021 when I called in to cancel one of my cars policy since State farm doesn't offer Commercial insurance and the agent John never cancel my car policy and over charged me at the end of the month for full amount plus extra $20. When I decided to change agent and asked to talk to Dan Tyler the the main person at the Office, he replied to his agent to tell me that he doesn't want to hear anything. Guess what? Too bad for you. I'm dealing with professional people who appreciate the business and know well about customer service. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone, period!!!
