Dirty, empty and no staff. You don’t need 4 CVS in 2 miles. Get it together. No longer get my prescriptions because you treat your pharmacy staff like I cannot say.

I went to pick up pictures that were ready on a Friday and today is Sunday. I had to wait 10 minutes for a manager to help me because the girl working couldn’t find my pictures. The manager came and already had an attitude with me. She told me my option is to wait 20 minutes or come back later or tomorrow meanwhile she sees me with my infant. I asked if she checked herself if they were there and she told me she didn’t have to. Sure enough, she looked at the counter behind her and they were RIGHT THERE. She didn’t bother apologizing for making me wait or trying to turn me away. Very disappointing service.

The pharmacies, at many of your stores, are horrible. The staff does their best to keep up in most circumstances, but obviously there aren't enough of them to keep lines short and prescriptions filled. My doctor called in 2 RXs for me for bronchitis and they weren't ready for over 24 hours! My doctor was already saying that I waited too long to come in and see him, but then CVS kept me waiting another day! As many of your customers lamented with me in a line, way too long, most of them said it isn't just 1938 W. Main, it is all of them. I changed locations and it seems worse. What is going on?

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. I wish I could give it a 0-star rating. I transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy solely for the convenience of its proximity to my home. However, every visit results in a 30 to 40-minute wait, sometimes exceeding an hour. Most of the time, I find myself returning on 3 or 4 separate occasions to collect a single medication because it's never ready. When I inquire, they promise it will be ready the next day, but on my return the following day, I hear the same assurance. This has persisted for nearly a year, and it's not an occasional problem but a consistent issue. I've noticed that many other customers share the same complaints, yet it appears that the company or management remains unresponsive.

If I would I would give them a ZERO rating. One of the worst pharmacies. They never have medications filled on time- even after 2 days. Especially critical meds like inhalers etc. On top of that they are rude. If they cannot run a pharmacy they must shut it down

A total joke. Scheduled 2 vaccine appts at 11:00. No pharmacists on staff. Line all the way down the store. Waited for my vaccine to be told they don't even have the vaccine in the store. Great use of everyone's time.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY - this is hands down the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever used. The drive through line is never open. If you call you have to wait on hold for at least 15-20 minutes if not more to speak to someone. When you actually get to speak with someone they tell you one thing and do another. The pharmacist is incompetent and doesn't care. I understand they are short staffed but something has to change. Obviously I am not the only one with this type of experience. There is one woman that works the pickups that is great. Thats about it. Stay away.
