We have been going to CVS Newfield for years and have always had good experiences but I am writing today because we just had a GREAT experience with one of their incredibly helpful and kind managers. He went out of his way to help us and it was so appreciated. Thank you!

I do not know if my Video Recording was saved. Everyone was helpful finding what I wanted and needed, and checkout was done quickly and courteously.

I called Newfield CVS in a bad place. Another CVS was really unhelpful in filling a script and lost me hours in starting my prescription. I was hurting pretty bad with an upper respiratory infection. I called to see if they could fill the script. After my bad experience and feeling so sick, as I explained my predicament I started to get upset. Win was the pharmacy rep. who heard my concerns. He jumped right to it and said I’ll have it ready in 20! He even apologized for the other CVS lacking compassion. Win was competent and kind. He is a credit to the CVS cooperation. Employees like him should be appreciated. Thanks you, Win!

recieved 35% off coupon from CVS and put it on my card. Went to your store and the system could not find my coupon. Very unhappy that CVS is not synchronizing its systems to support its marketing to its customers.martin melnick

Store pharmacy folks were nice but overwhelmed. BUT CVS Covid-19 test text said click on this link when you arrive. Of course the link lead to a 'page not found'. CVS corporate, please hire a new IT department... perhaps some folks that work from AMAZON! Your app is also poorly designed.

Just started visiting this CVS. Lisa at the pharmacy was super nice. Very patient and efficient in handling my prescription and even those in front of me with their dumb questions and nasty attitude. My only complaint is the lack of staffs at the front for some days when it gets busy. The line can get pretty long with only one person there at the register. CVS really need to hire more people.

Happy with the store, and usually happy with everyone at the pharmacy. I went on 7/19/2023, and there was a pharmacist I've never seen, I guess she was filling in. Youngish, long dark wavy hair. She's got an attitude. (She was the only person back there not wearing a mask, which seemed strange). I was "scolded" as if I was doing something bad when I was asked two questions. One of the things was my mistake, which I apologized for. The other thing was the doctor's mistake, but she was still blaming me and give me attitude. There is no need for that, especially since I was very polite. I think she needs to take a pill herself.

I remember when this CVS was awesome they had a sweetheart of a guy named Fabian,a very nice polish lady and a really nice guy named McKenzie and a nice blonde haired manager. . The last few times I went in they had two crotchety old guys named Brian and Gerald who are pretty rude to everyone.The pharmacy is hit or miss (don’t really use it)but it’s heartbreaking the way they treat some people who are in need of medicine sometimes.I go to every CVS all over the country and they are awesome. Lately this one is so bad I decided to give it a bad review. Treat your customers better!

They got 1 person working and a line of 20 people. No indication as to where the line starts so people forming lines down the isles and no one can see that there is a line. Staff was rude and unapologetic and sent no one to help the 1 lady in the pharmacy.

Do not get a vax at this store. I got my last covid booster there and the person giving it was rushed and rude. I tried to ask him a simple question just after the jab, but he was already hurrying away and gave me a grunt as an answer. Unprofessional.

CVS Newfield needs to have an additional person at the Rx-pickup counter. There are 3 spaces for that service but there is always just one person taking care of a long line which blocks access to the shelf goods in that aisle. Also, it is difficult for many elderly people to stand in one place for 15 or more minutes.On the other hand, the store is usually well stocked and the service people are very pleasant and helpful.

Hidden gem. My absolute favorite CVS. The staff and pharmacists are super nice efficient and helpful. They have such a great selection of toys and magazines for the plane for young kids. Great cards too.

I always pur 5 stars to cvs newfiled ave stamford Ct , but unfortunately there is a couple guys I am not 100% his last name is Mr Winchcher , always when he is there he never help me to find a solution , he is not in a good position to work with customer service , As I said is not the first time , What differnce with Mr Bryan the manager he always is there to help people , but he is in vacation, Well my Dr send a new refill for my lower back pain , because I fell down over my back , she send the note to refill a couple days early but Mr Wincher said not is 105 dollars , I agree to pay for the pain and with the manager I paid 60 dollars more or less , so I will ask to the manager that I don't want work with him no anymore or I will change the pharmacy , It's very frustrated when you are in pain and nobody help you , I am talking about this guy is very poor service and now everyone knows amazon customer service they try to help you with this guy everything is adverse .This review is specially for Wincher not for the rest of people , I always have a good relation ship with everybody 15 years is my pharmacy but Everything is good until this guy appear and start the problems.Carlos when he is there he fin solutions and help me , again maybe this guy need other position .Bryan team is excellent!
