Just want to thank everyone at the 66 High Ridge CVS store for helping me out when I accidentally left my wallet behind. They went to the trouble of checking my ID and seeing whether they had a phone number for me on file, so that they could let me know, and then they kept the wallet in the office for me till I could get there. Manager Mohammed couldn't have been nicer. Thanks again for a big save!

Just had a horrible interaction with Ali. At first I thought he wasn’t very competent and didn’t know what to do, Well, I still think that. Then he completely dismissed my issue, and acted in a rude and disrespectful way. I actually feel like I was discriminated against based on my gender or ethnicity. I don’t know how to explain it, but anyone who has had such experience can understand. The store is actually a pretty decent CVS location, but now I will avoid it. Aw, the issue Ali couldn’t solve was quickly solved by a manager I called.

Worst place to go to get your meds and worst service ever and they don’t put customers first they always put employees first

How do people that are this bad at their job still have a job? Do not go here. There are plenty of other options available.

Please fix the management of your pharmacy. The lines are insane and it isn’t fair to your employees or customers. After 3 years of unfathomable wait times, today is my final straw. Even in NYC at CVS locations fielding 10 times the amount of customers this location has— their lines move faster. I am currently sitting in my car with an excruciating migraine and have to go home without my pills because the line looks an hour deep with people yelling out of frustration for how long they have been waiting. Again, not fair to your employees or customers. I’m switching pharmacies.

CVS stated in March 2023 that they surpassed $300 billion of total revenues for the year....so why is the pharmacy so bad? You really need to shut it down right in the middle of the day! Your pharmacy employees are so rude and probably because they get yelled at on a daily basis. Wouldn't it make more sense to give them separate lunch breaks so the pharmacy is always open. Why am I so annoyed? After arriving at exactly 1:28pm (I needed an prescription because I had a respiratory infection that was so bad it was hard to breath) I was told that her clock said 1:31pm and the computer shut down and she could not get my prescription. She told me I could wait or come back at 2pm. So I waited and loaded a cart with a few more items I needed. When I went back right at 2pm I was then told my prescription wasn't ready and to come back in 15-20. You HAVE to be kidding me with this. First off she should have told me that before shooing me away, second come on people are sick and who wants to wait this long when you already aren't feeling good. Now it's 3:40pm and waiting in the drive up, because now I have my kids, for 30 minutes which gave me just enough time to write this review. So mad I am going to use Walgreens next time I need anything. Bye CVS! Fix your pharmacy policy or you will lose so many customers.

The pharmacy is severely understaffed. If you don’t want to wait 4-5 days for your prescription to be filled, you now have to go in, stand in line, ask for it to be expedited, then wait for it to be filled. Hope you have an hour or more to wait at the store. I’m told it’s an issue at CVS locations throughout Connecticut. And while the pharmacists are not at fault for the staffing, they are at fault for the hostility and lack of sympathy they show the people trying to get the medicine they need. Give someone else your money.

The pharmacy is terrible, there is not enough help there is always an issue with the scripts one being out of stock with no notification after waiting on a 20 minute line. Every time I go there someone is angry or arguing with cashier because they have no idea what they are doing and need someone from the back to help them. Also they do not answer the phone and drive up is no longer available

I have a terrible upper respiratory infection. Doctor sent over a script at 1pm and I get a text it’s being filled almost immediately. At 3:36, 2 and a half hours later, I get a follow up text that they are out of the medication. I call and spend close to a half an hour on hold. Finally, a person by the name of Yahira picks up. She proceeds to tell me I have to wait till it’s in tomorrow. I explain I’m really ill so she says I can get it filled somewhere else. I asked her if she could call the other cvs to ensure it can get filled. She explains that the pharmacist is leaving in 5 minute (it’s 4 in the afternoon not closing time at all) and cannot. I beg her to help as I’m really hurting. She refuses to do anything. I will NEVER use this cvs again. What a disgrace. They have a drive threw pick up that has been closed down for months. Absolutely, terrible! Drive the 5 minutes extra to the Newfield cvs to save yourself the stress.

I would give a 0⭐️ If there was an option. Manger Yali I think is her name,From Poland She should be fired or shouldn't be a Manager, she is rude and has bad manners, always a rush to help and very disrespectfull when talking to customers. Saying she is got a lot of work and you need to hurry up to check out . If she has no time to do her job right and in a good manner then she shouldn't be working at this place at all. Very bad experience from her from the couple times i been at this cvs . If manager is like this what do you spec from the rest of the team.

1 star is too many stars. genuinely the worst pharmacy, scripts never ready despite being notified that it is ready for pickup, then they are extremely rude when you ask why it’s not ready, or approx when it will be ready…pretty reasonable inquiries. You’ll be met with attitude as if how DARE you ask such a valid question ! I’ve been told by pharmacist there to “leave then, don’t get your medicine, doesn’t matter to me,” mind you this is medication I need to take daily and missing doses causes serious side effects. When I explained the urgency for needing the script that day, when they said it was ready, that’s when I was scoffed at and told to leave it I’m not happy. …More like trying to be healthy and take my medicine ! Unfortunately the one down the street isn’t much better, but DEFINITELY a better option than this location. I have so many horror stories of this place, I only gave them so many chances due to their location being ideal in my commute.

The WORST pharmacy. Go somewhere else. Your prescriptions are never ready in time. It shouldn’t take 5 days to fill a script. Every month they mess up my prescription. I have to call the morning I’m going there to see if they’re going to get my prescription right, I got back in the afternoon and it’s wrong EVERY MONTH. Stop changing my branded medication to generic!!!! I’ve gone days without my medication and they can careless.
