I had a fever of 101F and scheduled an appointment for a drive through rapid covid test. I was kept waiting for a long time before the girl gave me a test. I finished giving the sample. She said she will call with the results in twenty minutes. Just when I got back home, they called and said they dont have the strip for the covid test and hence ghe sample could not be used and I would have to schedule an appointment somewhere else. What kind of a a service is this? Why cudnt they call before and say the strips had gotten over? Is this a way you treat someone who is sick? Shame on the staff and CVS !

Basically, most staff at the counter make you feel like they enjoy your pain.. I have never, repeat, NEVER been there without having to fight them to get my son's prescription. Some of them even laugh when I have to leave without it because for some reason it's never ready or available. It's just terrible. Avoid this pharmacy as much as you can. Ots my most honest advice.

This CVS is beyond the worst service and location. Honestly with the amount of negative review, I don’t understand why they don’t just shut this CVS down and open a Walgreens or something worth everyone’s time. CVS, do better.

I was at the store today, CVS @229 Hope Street in Stamford, October 15, and I was happy to see Patrick at the checkout. He has helped me a few times in the past on a Sunday, and,I’m not sure if my comments were seen by management. I am 75 years old, and, he always goes out of his way to help me. I have been in the sales and marketing in travel, hotel, and the pharmaceutical industries for over 40 years. I have always thought that if a job is well done, it should acknowledged. Never go to this pharmacy. I came to get epipen for my son, they took my prescription and said to come back in 2 days. I did, and they never filled up the prescription, trying to create some lies, next day I got the message that my order is ready to be picked up. I came there again, and they said the pharmacist never showed up for work, that's why they are closed for the whole day. This is just the worst pharmacy ever!!!! Still don't get my order, and they don't give me my prescription back.

Needed asthma medication. Had one refill and they just let me suffer.sayibg my insurance needed 90 days to approve...but we all know they could give me one refillfor grace and faith..so sad rn + can't breathe dunno how am going to sleep tn ?

Store manager Jalisa or whoever she is is very nasty I spoke to her very briefly about a concern I had at the store she disrupted me before I can even get through one sentence completely disregarding what I had to say disrespected me and the situation that arose that was a life endangering I asked to speak to a nother manager above her or a corporate number she refused to give me the number and told me she will not do so she does not care and hung up in my face moments later she called me back from the CVS phone cursed me out for a quick few seconds and then hung the phone up in my face I called back she did not answer. Someone’s life was being threatened and they took it upon themselves to contact me though I was nowhere near Stamford Connecticut they had no cell phone service and ran into a CVS for coverage the person is somewhat mentally delayed I was axing that the CVS manager please call the police because I do not know the location of the CVS. This person who was in danger has now been hospitalized and sustain many injuries from an incident that could have been prevented if Julisa would have called the police she does not know the area of Stamford Connecticut I did not know the location of the CVS you called me from and because of this negligence and blatant disrespect someone’s life is completely disrupted & a family is praying for recovery . Hopefully this review finds its was to cooperate I will post it all over social media platforms and continue to reach out .

My dad brought me to this cvs location because I NEEDED a Covid test for a surgery I was about to have,long story short we sat there for an hour with them saying we weren’t in there system and to wait meanwhile made dad had confirmation codes from them for the test,3 people over the hour were behind us and all left after an hour the told us they couldn’t help us,waited and hour for no reason and they lost 4 costumers,if I could rate it 0 stars I would, terrible service do not come to this location

I dropped off a prescription, it was for 90 days. I told the pharmacist to please put the 90 days as 2 more refills because my insurance won’t fill it all at once. I told the pharmacist this and he didn’t do the refills. This is the second time I’ve asked this to be done and no one does it. The first time I brought in a 90 day prescription a pharmacy Technician did it the correct way, so I know it can be done. I need 2 refills as the prescription stated. I also called CVS back today, July 8th and was told by one staff that she would talk to the pharmacist and then hung up. I need an answer for this issue. I also tried to email my issue from the app and it didn’t work, so I’m posting it here.

I went to this location twice trying to take a passport photo and every time i called they said i can come in to take a passport photo. Then when i get there “the only guy that can do it” is never there. Idk what kind of bs is rhat

The pharmacy staff is extremely disrespectful and disregard all your concerns. Every question is an inconvenience to them. They roll their eyes at people all the time and are extremely unprofessional. They didnt have my prescription bc it was on back order so i asked if they had any suggestions on what i should do and the pharmacy tech said “well thats not my problem figure it out” terrible customer service

The pharmacy itself doesn't open till 10 on Memorial Day. I guess people don't need medicine because its a "Holliday". I guess we're going to become memories on memorial day.

I've been thinking about doing this for quite a while. I was willing to consider that people are in short supply post covid, however I'm filing for divirce from cvs at hope at rock spring. A medication I really need for a chronic disease was "out of stock" for 5 days. I told them that I had a plane ticket for Thursday at 6:30 am and after going there Sat,, Sun, tues and then wed I was told they had it but to come back in one hour. I returned as requested and was told that they had filled someone else's rx with the drug in the interim. I again explained the need to have it wed evening. The pharmacist refused to come speak to me and I left in tears. I went to cvs bullshead at 8 pm in great panic and was helped by a wonderful kind man named Eric who filled it while I waited. The people at 221 Hope pharmacy are generally toxic. It seems to be the most poorly managed cvs I've patronized. Seriously cvs wake up and make some personnel changes. You owe us better service esp what my family spent for the last 23 years.
