I've had consistent issues at this CVS with inaccurate prices and coupons not applying. It's frustrating to see past sale prices displayed incorrectly, and despite uploading coupons to the app, they don't reflect in my purchases. Customer experience needs improvement.

THANK YOU MARIA & staff for taking the time to help me find my keys I lost! So kind and patient. Got passport photos, flu shot, and shopping all done with such ease, I was already thrilled with this CVS. Then I lost my keys and started to panic thinking I was stranded in CT (from NJ), and the staff especially Maria took the time to check cameras and search the store to help me retrieve them. So thankful! True service, so appreciated.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the pharmacy at my local CVS, particularly the pharmacy department. The pharmacy demonstrated a lack of organizational skills and leadership, resulting in chaotic operations. Prescription wait times were unreasonably long, and there was a pervasive sense of disorganization among the staff. I came Friday afternoon and was told to pick up my prescription on Monday afternoon. It's Wednesday as I'm standing here and they still don't have my prescription filled. It seemed as though there was minimal oversight or effective management, leading to frustrated customers and a sense of dissatisfaction in the pharmacy environment. Furthermore, the pharmacys communication skills left much to be desired, why couldn't my prescription be sent to another local CVS to be filled in the meantime. Why did I have to wait? There was a notable lack of transparency regarding prescription status, and attempts to seek clarification were met with indifference. Overall, the one-star rating reflects the subpar pharmacy as a hole, resulting in a highly unsatisfactory experience for customers in need of timely and reliable healthcare services.

All the CVS pharmacies in Stamford are horrible and consistent in their poor service: communication is lacking, they never answer the pharmacy phone (average 20min holding time, if they don't hang up on you and you have dial back) and when you visit there are always multiple employees behind the pharmacy counter, yet you still have to do jumping jacks to get someone's attention. Additionally, it's takes longer than other non-CVS pharmacies to fill your Rx, regardless of what is it... Common or less common drug. And it's always delayed!

This is the WORST CVS in the chain. Called twice to check in a prescription and after struggling through the automated voicemail for 20 mins and listening to music, someone picked up the phone and hung up on me TWICE. Wish I could get my 40 minutes back. Every visit here is a nightmare. Wish an independent pharmacy opened in Harbor Point area of Stamford.

i’m only putting this review because management there is a manager who was very rude to me i think her name was yahaira i saw one employee crying outside after she was yelling at him i witnessed it she was very degrading this most likely makes the employees embarrassed or feel less than she needs to be terminated immediately.

The CVS pharmacist at this location is a liar and a con. He lied to me that my insurance would not cover my script so I needed to pay him cash (close to $100). Sounded fishy, and when I transferred out my prescription, a different pharmacy said my insurance would cover it, I just needed to have my doctor request prior authorization. The CVS pharmacist also has a very bad attitude, and lies that prescriptions are not in stock. Stay away!

I wish CVS would hire staffing departments that care because they don't in Greenwich.All I'll say.the worst pharmacist ever. After calling for days. And no one answering. I drove there to be greeted by a nasty lady.the pharmacist. She is the epitome of how you cant kill with kindness. The more kind you are the more she hides behind the Desk. Inappropriate and highly offensive. Why promote this behavior? I'll never come back.

4 stars for pharmacy, regular items, and staff.1 star for Kodak machine.Leadership like colt and his coworkers are fantastic.However, after 5 visits only being pulled around with no resolution, it started to get old fast. Their printing machine for canvas was broken, and this experience made it seem like my file was corrupt and not the machine itself. after the 5th visit a regular employee pointed out the real issue was a broken printer and not a corrupt file problem, and I went to the cvs at west main street for my item.It took over a month to determine that it was a printer error, and they are still waiting on a repairman to fix the canvas printer.

Pharmacy is terrible here. Save yourself the headache and send your prescriptions to another location.1. They never answer the phone2. Will always tell you your prescription is not ready. I was once told to come back TOMORROW because she was too busy.3. I also was once told i could not pick something up because it was out of stock but later that day someone else was able to give it to me!?
