Always take CVS customer service with a grain of salt lol, don’t let it affect your life, it’s just a moment in time- with that being said, came to use the copy machine to photo copy some docs for the Passport Agency down the way however it’s broken at the moment and probably won’t be fixed for a while, so if you’re in a rush going to the Passport Agency and are coming here for that, save time and go to another nearest CVS (or call before you go to make sure they’re machines work). They do take pictures though but take it easy on them, just because you’re in a rush, doesn’t mean you have to make other people feel what’s you’re feeling in the moment. Take care xoxo.

Usually don’t write bad reviews but man this place was horrible. I ordered photos to be printed online on a Tuesday. The order confirmation said the photos would be ready on Wednesday at 8am. I went in that Thursday and sure enough my photos were still not ready. The guy working (who was also the only worker in the store) started to attempt to print my photos. I waited over an HOUR for this worker to attempt to figure out the photo printing machine. Eventually after an hour of waiting he finally came to the conclusion that the photo machine wasn’t working (duh). Wish he would have told me 5 minutes into waiting around that the photo machine either wasn’t working or he couldn’t figure out how to use the machine instead of making me wait around while he attempted to try to figure it out. While he was trying to figure out the printing machine, since he was the only one working, he was also checking out customers in between which made the wait time even longer. While waiting I also noticed the self-checkout machine break at least 5 times and/or eat people coupons. Ending up leaving with no photos and as a very unhappy customer. The worker said to try to resubmit my photos online and call ahead to make sure they printed them but I will never step foot in this CVS again after that experience.

this pharmacy is terrible we need to do better as a collective and leave reviews for people good or bad to fix this issue everywhere.
much of the staff in this pharmacy are entitled young non people of color who look down on the other workers and customers who walk in that don’t look like them.
specifically the pharmacy and jackie wong should be trained on empathy and professionalism

Yes this CVS is open quiet early for passport pictures :)
Very friendly staff helped me with all that I needed
I see a lot of the negative reviews regarding the pharmacy, I did not use the pharmacy so I cannot comment on it
Otherwise I had a good experience

Stay away from this pharmacy! They gave me the wrong pills!!! It’s a medication I have been taking for a long time. I noticed the pills were a different color this time but didn’t think too much about it at the time. Sometimes pills do change appearance due to different brand etc. Not until my blood test showed unexpected results did I realize something might be wrong with those different looking pills. So I googled the coding on the pills and sure enough, they gave me the wrong dosage!!!! So irresponsible! Do they know what it means to someone that rely on these pills!!!

They text me multiple times/day to pick up the Rx but when I get there the pharmacy is closed for lunch. Terrible service. Have full staff. Need a more professional pharmacy

The pharmacy staff do not know how to talk to people kindly. We have dealt with them on multiple occasions. Both for personal prescriptions and for my dog and usually always encounter rude staff

Evana at CVS Pharmacy is a nightmare! I honestly ask “why people pick to work at jobs they hate or why they work with people and have no courtesy, manners or patience?” This woman has been the opposite of helpful, it’s now end of day 2 and I still do not have my asthma medication. I was advised that if I needed it, I could pay out of pocket $700 because my insurance wouldn't cover it - made no sense. Now speaking to my insurance, CVS billed my insurance medication that was NEVER picked up. So they got paid for my medication that I STILL don't have and instead of helping me understand the issue or CLEAR the pharmacy error Evana directed me to figure it out.

I've had consistent issues at this CVS with inaccurate prices and coupons not applying. It's frustrating to see past sale prices displayed incorrectly, and despite uploading coupons to the app, they don't reflect in my purchases. Customer experience needs improvement.
